Delightful Service Visit

Took my Audi in for a 55K service. This dealership just opened so I decided to give it a shot. Normally I go to Stevens Creek, which is incredible, but I didn't want to wait weeks with my car showing SERVICE and beeping at me. Seriously, checking in with Ray Aalgard there almost makes service visits enjoyable.
The facility is gorgeous...of course, it's brand new.
I wish it were clearer where to pull your car for service. It took a few minutes for anyone to notice and guide me in. I was greeted, helped out of my car. Walked to the service counter and met Deanna, my spritely service advisor. She had already looked up my Audi maintenance plan and had everything ready for me. About 7 minutes to get my car checked in. Yes, I timed it.
She walked me through to the rental counter, and 6 minutes later, we were walking to the rental. They have custom-painted Audi's with "Audi Fremont" painted on the side. I think I prefer this to having my vision obstructed by stick on letters across the rear window. The rental was clean and (of course) almost new.
Having arrived at 7:20 AM, I was on the road at 7:46 AM. Not bad!
At 1:33 PM, Deanna called to tell me that my car would be ready by 3 PM and to remind me that they close at 6 PM.
After my 2 PM business meeting, refueled the car and headed over there.
As before, it took a minute for the guys in the garage to come alive and direct me into the garage. My car was sitting there, looking sexy as ever, and they had washed it. My only complaint is that they took the car to a nearby mechanical car wash and it wasn't kind to my paint job. Stevens Creek has a few guys who do hand washes. Deanna did ask me if it was okay to wash the car, so I can't complain. I ordered some touch up paint, and will visit AJ's Auto Detailing to get the car looking the way it should. Mind you, I'm picky. Most people would never have noticed anything.
About 4 minutes with Deanna to go over things, 5 minutes to run my credit card, return the rental key and get mine. In just over 15 minutes, I was back on the road.
Other than the car wash, I am delighted with my service visit. Everyone was courteous; the facility was spotless. I was kept informed throughout the process, by phone or text.
I hope they can maintain this level of service as more people find out about them.
