The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

all the employees at granite subaru are top notch. they have an excellent waiting area that is huge and offers free coffee and wifi. the sales and service team are great and always have a phenominal attitude. the service advisor said that my 2020 subaru outback would be ready in 1 and one half hours and it was. I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.

The service department provided me with their full attention ! Nick in the Service Dept always takes care of me with top notch service . Kern the service manager is very knowledgeable and makes sure that you?re satisfied with the service they provide . I think they both are a valuable asset, not only to the Service Dept, but to Audi as well !

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.
