I Just bought a 2026 Mercedes AMG CLE 53 Sam made it the easiest car buying experience I have had in my 60 years. He gave me a very fair trade in price for my 2018 C43, there was no back and forth nonsense, no upselling just super friendly and knowledgeable. I drove in from north Jersey and got there at 9:00 am, I told Sam that if we come to an agreement I need to be on my way home by noon. Who is the sales managers at the dealership. He approached me with a professional demeanor and he was really helpful in many ways. I was able to purchase a Rolls-Royce which I am very happy with today. I was impressed with how he presented himself and the way he represented Rusnak as a brand. He showed me a number of different vehicles and he gave me a great advice on each vehicle that I inquired about. . In addition gave me all the details about each vehicle that I asked when I sent the car in test drove it. He described each of the different features that came with the vehicle in great detail. I bought the car and have been happy with it ever since.. I also got lots of help from Ray who also works at Rusnak and he too was an amazing help. He gave me some great advice on the cars and he steered me in the right direction in terms of which one to buy. I just bought a gorgeous Bentley Continental GT 2013 Lemans from one of the top notch dealerships in the country owned by a man and I would say a legend Jim Juliani . Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and absolutely love my Genesis. The vehicle exceeded my expectations, and I appreciate the dealership making an out-of-state purchase possible. However, I believe there are opportunities to improve the customer experience. Purchasing a vehicle—especially a luxury vehicle—is exciting, and customers should feel confident and supported throughout the process. Instead, there were times when I felt like I had to do the work of following up rather than being guided through the experience. Having worked in sales myself, I understand that every customer is different. A good salesperson knows how to read the room, adjust their communication style, and build trust rather than simply close a sale. I occasionally felt my questions were met with responses that came across as dismissive instead of consultative. Customers should never feel hesitant to ask questions when making such a significant financial decision. Communication surrounding the delivery of my vehicle was also disappointing. I had clearly communicated that I would be out of town on a specific date, yet the vehicle was still scheduled for delivery that day. I repeatedly had to reach out for status updates instead of receiving proactive communication. The delivery driver even shared that he knew I would not be available because the salesperson had informed him, but was told, “We’ll figure it out.” Fortunately, everything ultimately worked out, but situations like that should be avoided through better planning and communication. I share this feedback because I believe the dealership has the potential to provide an exceptional buying experience that matches the quality of the vehicles it sells. While I am genuinely happy with my purchase and would recommend the vehicle itself, I hope this feedback helps improve the level of professionalism, communication, and customer care for future buyers.

2014 Bentley Continental GT review
Purchased the car locally end of year price far below the stated MSRP. Beautiful car with many options. The car feels like it fits like a leather glove. Paint work is flawless; no orange peel and the interior is mostly leather. The performance for the GTC V8 is remarkable for a 5300 pound car, it is there when you need it. The noise level with the top up is as advertised; quiet and tight, no perceivable wind noise. Fit and finish impeccable, not a lot of room in the two back seats. Overall a 5 star car with minor points loss for lack of blind side assist and lack of any 3-5 year prepaid maintenance.

2020 Bentley Continental GT review
Said goodbye to my beloved 2016 Porsche Panamera GTS because of my dislike of the styling of the current model, especially the rear and, but even more so, the "Teslafication" of the interior (spartan v. the rich look and feel of my 2016). Now I have simply taken the chassis, engine and PDK transmission from the Panamera turbo and had a custom Coach builder wrap an exquisite body and interior around and on it, like in the 1920s! Of course there is much more to it than that but it is not so far off the mark. Never saw, road in or drove anything quite so beautiful and wonderful --in every way -- hence the all-fives stars. Apart from one issue with the battery, which was replaced, absolutely nothing was or has gone wrong in this complex and magnificent machine.
