Bought a Suburban from Florida from this dealer. I have never purchased anything out of state, but this team made it a breeze. The best part about the whole experience was the moment Bob put a pause on the whole transaction when he found out I had not gotten a 3rd party inspection and hadn't seen the vehicle myself. We waited a week for the inspection and it came back just as the in-house diagnostic did, with no issues whatsoever. The only two things that may have been an issue had already been fixed by Auto Direct Cars and the cost was passed through without markup. They set up the whole thing including transport to my driveway which arrived ahead of schedule. Continually impressed, everyone was available via cell phone at any hour of the day or night making the purchase comforting and easy to do. Said goodbye to my beloved 2016 Porsche Panamera GTS because of my dislike of the styling of the current model, especially the rear and, but even more so, the "Teslafication" of the interior (spartan v. the rich look and feel of my 2016). Now I have simply taken the chassis, engine and PDK transmission from the Panamera turbo and had a custom Coach builder wrap an exquisite body and interior around and on it, like in the 1920s! Of course there is much more to it than that but it is not so far off the mark. Never saw, road in or drove anything quite so beautiful and wonderful --in every way -- hence the all-fives stars. Apart from one issue with the battery, which was replaced, absolutely nothing was or has gone wrong in this complex and magnificent machine.
