This is the second BMW I have purchased from this dealership. I have 2 other BMW dealerships that are significantly closer to where I live, however, my experiences with the Ridgefield Dealership has been excellent. They are responsive, and understand what I am looking for, and are straightforward. That’s what I value!

Orange County BMWReviews
Orange County BMW review
My BMW is certified pre-owned and it needed to be serviced. I brought it to the dealership and was treated with the upmost respect and the employees were so friendly. This BMW dealership worked with me and took into consideration my plans for the day. They reassured me that they would do their best to get my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Usually getting your car serviced can be a headache in itself and time consuming. At this BMW dealership that is not the case. They even offered to have one of their workers drive me to the Woodbury Commons Outlet. (Which is located not even a half mile away from the facilities) Overall a wonderful atmosphere to be in and I will not bring my car anyway else to be serviced. A+ grade in my book!

I have buying cars at Saw Mill Auto since 2001,(that s right 2001 ) They are the best, otherwise I would not still be a customer. To those who gave them a poor review, one visit doesn't determine how they are.

Route 23 NissanReviews
Route 23 Nissan review
When it comes to buying a car, we all know that customer service can make or break the experience. Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Route 23 Nissan, and I must say, they truly lived up to their word. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a dealership handles those mistakes that speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers. Stephanie provided exceptional service that felt like true white-glove treatment. Despite my initial skepticism about a three-year-old car with only 5,000 miles, Stephanie's thorough knowledge of the vehicle's history put my mind at ease. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase, transforming my concerns into confidence. I also want to give a shoutout to Corey in finance. He took the time to explain prepayment policies and extended warranties, making sure I understood my options without pushing unnecessary sales. It was refreshing to receive genuine advice that felt beneficial rather than just a sales pitch. With two more leases ending in April 2025, I’m already considering reaching out to Route 23 Nissan again. Their inventory is truly impressive—not only did I see a Bentley GT in the showroom, but I also noticed a new model Land Rover Range Rover in the lot. It’s clear that they cater to a wide range of customers. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Route 23 Nissan stands out. Their commitment to owning mistakes and providing exceptional service makes them a dealership worth recommending.
