Came to the dealership interested in a test drive and purchase of a used car I found on Carfax. It was exactly the vehicle I wanted, and it was in exactly the condition the listing described. The price they gave me was exactly what was listed online. The test drive and purchase process was relatively quick, and very easy with a lot of digital technology instead of the endless paper forms like the days of old. The office was clean and comfortable. They gave us significantly more for our trade-in than KBB estimated. Overall no complaints, they are a straight shooting dealer. If you like the price they list online, and you like the vehicle in the condition listed, go talk to them and buy it. Can't get any easier than that.

Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I have owned 3 in the last 4 years (two of which I still own), and I give credit to the incredible service and sales experienced at Sun BMW, in particular to Clent Advisor Dennis Fisher. After some of the best driving and service experience I have encountered with my 2013 X1, I was interested in purchasing 3 Series for my wife's next daily driver. Dennis found us a great deal on a 2014 CPO, and bent over backwards to ensure it was the best purchase experience possible. Two month's ago we decided to upgrade our 2013 X1 to a newer X1, and once again, Dennis found us an incredible deal on a 2018 service loaner with such low miles it was hardly broken in! Looking for a BMW? Dennis Fisher at Sun BMW is the man to speak with.
2025 BMW 228 Gran Coupe review
So far so good with this purchase of a dealer loaner car after the first 1000 miles. Nearly all of it has been highway miles on the return trip to LA from Las Vegas after purchase and a recent round trip LA-Las Vegas. Really smooth highway drive, The engine doesn't sound like it's laboring at all. Excellent fuel mileage so far as well.I haven't done much local driving yet. I hope it remains as comfortable as it has felt so far. (I went from an X2 to a sedan). If you're not used to it, the touch features on the dash might take some getting used to. The truck is smaller than I've been used to. Overall, I'm very pleased.
