My purchase of a 2018 320i xdrive was my first BMW purchase. I can honestly say that I am addicted to the BMW driving experience. The quality, fit and finish, performance, and features are absolute top notch.

I've been with CoCo Creek Hyundai for over 10 years. Gary was my rep for my full maintenance visit yesterday. From 'hello' Gary was professional and showed genuine concern when I described an issue I had with my Hyundai. After my maintenace was completed there was an issue that Gary immediately validated needed addressing. He took action and repeatedly affirmed that I had every right to have the issue resolved. Ultimately Gary let me know he'll contact me when the damaged part comes in. At all times I felt my business was appreciated while dealing with Gary. Whatever his financial compensation is, it should be more. CoCo Hyundai is fortunate to have Gary. Please reward him $$$.

I love Mercedes and Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota. I?m on my 26th Mercedes since 2004, and the most amazing part is how few issues I?ve had over the years. It?s rare that I ever need warranty work. Most of the time, the only things my cars need are the regular A & B services, tires, and any extras I decide to take care of along the way. After all these years and experiences, I honestly don?t see myself ever owning anything other than a Mercedes-Benz.

I was taking care of right away even when I was early, the wait was not terrible. My service advisor was friendly, I would recommend this place again.

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

Chelsea is my saving grace when I enter "BO's" service department! I'm a long time customer and want to give Chelsea a big shout out. Lawrence Chavez aka LoLo. Great sales person. Great service. Highly recommend to buy & allow him to help you. Long story short, visited in June & he listened & didnt push us to buy. We went back on Sept 20th and he helped my best friend buy his first mini cooper. LoLo went above & beyond! He took the time to show us all the bells and whistles & even said to text or call him with any questions. Lawrence is fabulous! I haven't bought a car yet. I was treated like a priority customer. Mr. Isaac Song patiently listened and took notes for what I was looking for. He suggested I test drive a few vehicles. He said you might find a vehicle that meets your needs that you didn't know even existed. He took the time and I will be back to look at some more vehicles.

After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.
