Excellent Service Advisor

Poor communication between other services. Up until my excellent service advisor, the wait for a car wash was ridiculous. It appears to me the car was purposely parked in the back so I would not see as of every vehicle was pulled to the front to get the owner attention and my vehicle was never pulled to the front. I sincerely recommend to look into it, as I was the only person sitting for almost two hours until I had to ask one of the guys bringing vehicles and calling for owner to find my vehicle and bring without washed. That's when he said the car has been parked for a while. Very strange where the car was parked. Again, either intentionally parked there or the worst communication ever. I have always been satisfied with BMW service but this is the second time service overpass the disappointment to a point I am not looking forward to renew my lease with BMW in the future at all.
Additionally, my vehicle was due for out change since 3/2016 and I was never notified by my previous service advisor or anyone. I guess I have to check on that, something I never did before, I was always notified ahead of time.
