I didn???t have to wait long at all (without an appointment) to handle my situation. They are extremely professional and very helpful. I highly recommend them for everything.

Hez spent a great deal of time assisting my wife and I choose the correct car and options. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Prior to talking to Hez we were hesitant to buy because we did not know enough to make an informed purchase. Now we are very happy with our new vehicle.

This is our fifth lease with Flemington BMW. We've worked with Bill Hinton each time. Bill is great--friendly, no pressure, thorough and totally professional. Noha helped us with finances this year and was also great. We're BIG fans of Flemington BMW and drive the 45 minutes from our home in Madison, NJ because it's always worth the trip.

I specifically have dealt with Tom Terrill my Client Advisor for all of my BMW???s for my family. Tom is very easy to work with and his knowledge of all BMW???s, offers and incentives are amazing. Between my wife, daughters and I we have reached double digits of BMW???s owned or leased from Flemington. And just received delivery of our 2019 X3 M40. Tom teams up with Ed Kiley the Sales manager and Jan-Michael Blakley for the team of people that really care about customer service. They make it a very easy process from the first sit down. Tom Terrill is simply the best! His professionalism, courtesy and knowledge is refreshing and to top that he happens to be a really nice person. I do not live locally any longer but always go to Flemington BMW for all my BMW???s and well as their quality service. Thank you, Tom, as this was another exceptional experience!

I walked into the dealership after buying seven BMW previously.. I told Chris Fash the options I wanted In my 320 BMW and the colors I preferred..He did not have it at the dealership but Located it at another dealership with in 24 hours.We negotiated the price in 15 minutes and I picked up the car a week later. I packed up the car and was out of the dealership within the hour. This made buying process very streamlined and efficient. My time is very important to me, and they respect others.
I just recently purchased a X3 and couldn???t be happier with purchase and experience, especially with being a new customer to BMW. Maria, thank you for everything and of course to my salesman, Kyle Gries for taking the time to make everything run smoothly and being so attentive. He was so personable, and could answer any question I asked. Even after, he took the time to make sure I was happy with my purschase, and I know if I still had any questions, he would still answer. Thank you for all that you did, and I would always refer him to anyone I talk to!
Nicholas was absolutely phenomenal as my sales associate. He was extremely professional,polite, knowledgeable about the vehicles, honest. I can't say enough about how well I was treated and how comfortable I felt. I did not feel pressured into buying anything at any time. I never felt like I was in a cat dealership for the first time in my life. He always treated me with respect and was straight forward with me. He is a credit to your dealership. Russell was just as good and worked hard to get me a good finance rate and made it easy to purchase my vehicle..
My vehicle was at the dealership for repairs, the dealership was in constant communication with me until the repairs were complete. The service was top rated and I would definitely recommend Cannon Motors to anyone.
