Sales team is awesome.. service & repairs is awful

Oh the service shop really needs to improve. I bought a new xc90 2018 from sandberg volvo; it was a loaner and interiors were smelling bad. Sales guys promised that car will be detailed and there would not be any trace of foul smell. I took the delivery on 10/10/2018 and that foul smell was replaced by another smell that kept giving me migrane. I went back to sandberg and they worked on that odor to replace it with another bad odor that didnt give me migrane but my wife wouldnt sit in the car or take it out with her friends feeling ashamed of that odor. It has been almost a month now and sandberg has still not resolved it. I love the car but find volvo service totally unacceptable. would not recommend others. Such a fine car but poor volvo service is doing a favor to its competition.
This is a great place to start your credit or recover from it. They will provide you with different options to have a positive outcome. They give you the maximum amount of trade-in for your vehicle. I would definitely recommend people or customers who want to build their credit or purchase the car they want. They has excellent varieties of cars to choose from.
As always, the service and the experience was excellent. Professional and personable staff with a dedication to excellence. The automobiles are fantastic; however, the staff makes the difference in why we have selected Doug's Cadillac over other dealerships. From the owner to the support staff, this dealership is excellent. We have leased cars from Doug's for many years.
Pleasant car shopping experience with Steve Lewis.

We appreciate the time and patience that Steve Lewis gave us while selecting a car at Elliott Bay Motors. Unfortunately I have some disabilities that makes car shopping a bit more challenging. Steve was very patient , and accommodating during the whole process. I never felt rushed or pressured. Thank you again Steve for all your help.
Friendly, fair pricing and no pressure. I test drove on my own and there was no urgency to buy. I worked with Frank. We negotiated over the phone, took less than 10 mins, and Frank had my paperwork ready upon arriving and took less than 15 mins to sign. Unfortunately, after taking the 2015 A4 premium plus with manual transmission home, the pedals gave me issues with my knees. I talked to Frank and Stu (owner), both gave me a fair price to return to A4 for another purchase. These guys are classy salesmen. Again, their pricing is fair and there is no pressure to buy.
I initially posted a negative review after we purchased from Landmark and found out a few months later that our suspension needed a significant amount of work, despite having been told that it was serviced prior to purchase. However, within an hour of posting my review the Landmark GM, Sunil, called to follow up with me to see what the problem was and how they could resolve it for me. I took my car back in, Landmark’s service department took another look, and in the end they did all the suspension work that was required. They really went above and beyond to make sure what could have been a negative experience turned out to be a positive one, and I am very grateful to Sunil and the whole team.
My car was overheating on my way to work, and I managed to get to BMW Bellevue. They got my car into the service line, quickly diagnosed and discussed my options, and repaired effectively at a fair price. Recommended.
A year ago we bought a used Jeep Wrangler from Stu and are totally satisfied with the purchase and performance. Our son is relocating back to Seattle and no longer needs the Jeep Wrangler. After trying to sell instantly to a couple of dealers listed online, we soon discovered their instant cash offer was a ploy. These dealers upon inspection used every tactic to justify a low ball sell value. What a frustrating disappointment!
We contacted Stu to see if he would offer to buy back the jeep. He provided an offer based upon the Jeep being in the same condition as when we purchased it from him. We accepted Stu’s offer, and we were very pleased the transaction was hassle free. The entire experience was again another great experience. We highly recommend buying from and/or selling to Auto Connections in Bellevue. Stu is awesome to deal with!
Michael was hands down the most professional, experienced, patient, and understanding sales person with which we interacted during our search for my wife's dream car. We visited almost every BMW dealership in the greater Seattle area and Michael was the best. Highly recommend. We will be back.
I took my Leaf in for a recall, which was actually an update of the Carwings service, and the service department said they would do an inspection of my vehicle also. I totally expected that some things would be found to "repair" as my experience had been at other dealerships in the past. Blake reviewed the inspection report after everything was completed and showed me that every item on the list checked out as "excellent". I was shocked! Thank you Bellevue Nissan
