Alan S. was upfront / transparent on pricing and patient helping us figure out what we need, bouncing between models and trims. Appreciated the follow-up after buying to see how things were going and if we had any questions. Very helpful w/r/t getting the most out of the vehicles functionality after driving it for a week.

McGrath Acura of Westmont review
Looking for a 2nd MDX preowned coz very happy with our 1st new MDX from this same dealership leased last June 2025. Sale service was a great experience with Alex so decided to show loyalty to this location. And what we found in sale service so exceeded our expectation. Mike Snyder was great to work with very professional, highly transparent with offers and so attentive with his customers! Go check him out at McGrath Acura Westmont, you will end up with a great car buying/leasing experience!
2019 BMW 330 review
Best car I have owned so far. I have owned it since 2019 and have only had routine maintenance done and new tires just put on. This vehicle has not been expensive to maintain like many people say BMWs are. I 10/10 recommend.

BMW of Orland Park review
Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.
2020 BMW 330 review
No problems in the three years I have had the car. Great for commuting and for long trips. I have had no major expenses or issues

I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving. Definitely would recommend everyone I know to this location.

McGrath Acura of WestmontReviews
McGrath Acura of Westmont review
I returned to McGrath Acura after six years because I was treated so well in 2020. This experience was no different. My associate Spiro couldn’t have worked better with me and his partner Denise was helpful as well when I had an issue connecting to the electronics in my newly purchased RDX. Spiro walked me through my purchase, answered my questions and included me in the process. A very comfortable experience as always at McGrath! Thank you to all involved

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

CarMax Lithia Springs review
I had amazing Fast Pace experience even though it took me 3 days to get my car due to My inability to provide the documents they needed.however going on the lot getting pre-approved over the phone walking in and walking out with my vehicle was the easiest process I've ever faced. John was very helpful and Adrian was the greatest he worked with me every step of the way and he made sure I drove off the lot with the car i wanted. Even more so when I didn't even think or believe they can get me financed and not to mention they put a bow on the car I felt very special and the customer service made me feel very confident I am so grateful for you guys thank you so much CarMax!!!!!!!!!

Guaranteed Motor Cars Lake Villa review
Overall really solid salesman Joe was a great guy very knowledgeable and humorous made the time a little less stressful. I really enjoyed how they were able to fit around our weird situation co-signing they work with u and put out any options available. The car was in beautiful condition other than some minor cosmetic issues the car drives like a beauty. Only problem I had with the whole experience was the finance rate it was originally at 17% don’t judge our credit isn’t the best lol but when they sent the Docusign it was at a 18% with a higher monthly payment we were able to figure it out and the only thing I suggest when shopping here is to make sure ur Docusign is correct cause it was a odd ball for sure but it isn’t enough to throw it off a star they handled it and made sure we weren’t feeling like they up charged or scammed us it was a overall good experience would suggest them to other buyers
2017 BMW 330 review
The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

Knauz BMW Mercedes-Benz Sprinter review
Fast and easy. All staff was pleasant, well spoken and mannered. Made an out of state purchase with a few email and phone calls. Sales person Luke was excellent.

2021 BMW 330 review
I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

Dempsey Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
I have spent my entire life in and around the auto industry and these guys are the only dealer I buy from outside of my own. Dempsey isn't your typical car dealer, and the experience is far more laid back. If you are looking for Unique cars at fair prices, make this place your destination.
2018 BMW 330 review
Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar, nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited, everything on this car is smaller, harder to see, placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new, verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car

2019 BMW 330 review
Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.
