Very efficient. Salesman was very helpful and good to work with. He accommodated all of our requests. The paperwork was the standard for buying a vehicle. I didn?t understand why I had to have proof of insurance since I was paying all of it cash.

I loved this car but move into a convertible. Never had an issue with it. Garaged all winter. The car was maintained only by BMW and driven only in the spring and summer.

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience with our Salesman Jay and the rest of the staff we encountered at the dealership. Friendly, helpful and professional. We did not have trade-in so with their no price haggling policy it was easy before we even arrived to figure fairly closely what our out the door price would be. Though their add-on "junk fees" ($1400 + $399 and added to any vehicle purchased) added more than 10% to the total purchase price, but appeared to be average to moderate to the market and was clearly indicated on their website so there were no surprises to the final number. We would definitely come here again for our future transportation needs. Thank you Jay and crew for doing a great job.

This has been a great car, I traded a 15 320i for this. Overall handling, power and fuel economy has been top notch. I've been averaging about 40mpg even in heavy traffic. Accelerator response is quick when needed.

This is a solid, luxury car that performs like a sports car but still gets close to 40 mpg on the highway. Spacious interior and truck gives you plenty of leg room for 4 adults. The trunk is huge for a compact. Overall, one of the best sports sedans I’ve owned compared to previous Mercedes and Lexus vehicles.

My son found the car he wanted at Mike’s Auto in Florida. We live in Louisiana. We did the whole transaction with Rich Gray over the phone and it was the smoothest car transaction I’ve ever been involved in (and I was in the business for 25 years). Rich was upfront about everything , sending us videos of the car , pointing out any scratches (this was a pre-owned car) and thoroughly going over every detail . The paperwork was done efficiently and thoroughly explained . The dealership handled all of our taxes even though we were 4 states away . Rich put me in touch with a very good transport company and the car was transported in a very careful manner. The driver kept us updated of his location . The car arrived quickly , and everything was as promised . I will check Mikes Autos first next time I’m in the market for a pre-owned vehicle . Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar,nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited,everything on this car is smaller,harder to see,placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new,verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car
