I bought a 2016 Mercedes C300 (24k miles, still had 2.5 years and 26k miles left on the warranty) recently from Sal at Drive a Dream and had a great experience. The car meets all my needs, Stylish look, very high performance, plug-in hybrid with 71mpge. Very reliable model BMW has ever released. Plenty of leg room and head room.

I worked with Ameer and Moe, who were awesome throughout the whole process. I felt like I got a great deal as they were very upfront about pricing, trade ins and financing. Both extremely friendly as well. There was a part that didn???t come with the car (navigation sd card) that Ameer worked tirelessly to retrieve from the original seller, at no cost to me. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I'm not capable of driving anything else. I have many health problems and issues so my parents won't let me be allowed to drive anything as such as what I put down to have make and built (obviously with their help in making that available for my own found and sorts).

Since I buy everything online, and I needed a new car I thought I would give it a shot. Boy was I impressed. From financentondeliveryntomcondition of car... Everything was simply easy. !

I've put 6500 miles on my 330e and love it. I am averaging 76 mpg. I've traveled 3900 of the 6500 miles in full electric mode according to the BMW app. I am only filling up with gas about once a month and have had one tank where I traveled 1000 miles before filling up. The car has pure BMW performance and handling when you want it in Sport and Sport + mode and full electric while in the city. My commute is about 7 miles each way so I use no gas at all for my commute. The car replaced a 2013 ActiveHybrid 3 and this is a huge improvement. The Sport Package with sport seats and Sport + settings is now standard and the steering, ride and handling are all improved over the 2013. I have made several 400 plus mile trips over mountain passes and have averaged 40 to 42 mpg on long highway trips. The torque of the electric motor is really noticeable in Sport mode with torque like a diesel with the rev range of a gas BMW. I would love a little longer battery range but it works for my commute and for trips to the airport I recharge there and make about 19 of the 21 miles in full electric. Around town I use the MAXeDrive mode with the EcoPro setting and the car has plenty of power for an urban setting. This car would not work as well for someone with a long commute but for me it is amazingly efficient. I wanted a car that cut my carbon footprint but was still fun to drive and this car is it. Seattle has greenhouse gas free electricity and I also have solar so I am feeling good about driving the 330e. 76 mpg is way beyond what I expected and I love the way the car drives and all the BMW features. This is the most fun I've ever had with a car with this combination of superb efficiency and performance.

Personally I think it is a very balanced car. Looks good, drives good and it has a good MPG. I feel alive whenever I corner the car or accelerate- it makes me smile every time. It is a 3 series... so it is a "bucket list" kind of car. The interior is good, a little bit small... the sets gets my back sweaty and hot on sunny days.. it is not very confortable for road trips I would say. However, for shorter trips or city driving I think it is more than adaquate. I love it. No regrets. The best part is that is a hybrid- a green car :)

It is not often that I'm moved to write an on-line review. I reserve those efforts for notably good and bad experiences. In this case, it's the former. I went to United BMW to test drive a 530i - one of four vehicles that I was considering. Knowing no better, I parked at the Pre-owned Car area of the dealership and had the great fortune of meeting Mr. Charles Reed. He asked me what I was looking for and indicated that we would have to travel to the newly-built New Car lot, about 1/2 mile up the road. Charles found a car that matched my stated requirements and off we went. His knowledge of the vehicle, his ability to compare and contrast it with the other vehicles that I was considering, and his general demeanor were exceptional. At no time that I feel that Charles was "selling me a car". In my opinion, he was simply ensuring that I had an excellent experience during my test drive. That type of customer service is note-worthy. I believe that he truly enjoyed telling me about this excellent vehicle as much as I enjoyed test driving it. The positive experience continued when I was introduced to Dimitri Gossieaux. Dimitri asked the right questions, understood my position, made no attempt at any type of pressure (e.g., "what can I do to put you in this car today?" type of crap), and politely, but enthusiastically, told me what steps I would need to take to move forward with a lease. For several good reasons, I leased the vehicle. Lastly, my travel schedule precluded me from picking up the car during normal business hours. I would have to wait two weeks. Charles volunteered to meet me on his own time on a Sunday evening, so that I could begin experiencing my new BMW - that is the definition of above and beyond. If you're in the market for a new (or used) BMW, find Charles and tell him that Steve sent you!

A+ car buying experience with Che Hall on our CPO 2015 BMW X5 35d M-Sport! Thank you for handling all of my questions and concerns over the phone with understanding and expediency. I liked the way that Che communicated regularly and used video of the vehicle in addition to photoenabling me to really get the information that I wanted. When it came time to take delivery of the X5, I was impressed with the quality, cleanliness and certification of the car -- along with the fulfillment of special request to install a different set of wheels and tires. Special shout out to "BMW Genius" Carllton for picking me up at MARTA after my flight and going through the test drive and delivery experience. There is so much more tech in the car then I even have in my 2007 550is, so that's a really critical part of the process in my opinion! Excellent work United BMW!

I have trusted United BMW of Roswell for the past 6+ years since moving to Georgia. We have purchased several BMW vehicles, and the service staff is wonderful. Most importantly Id like to mention how courteous & professional one Service Adviser has been through all these years = Francisco Torres! He has been reliable, courteous, and always willing to handle all service requests in an expedient manner and he seems to always go the EXTRA MILE to ensure my car is well serviced, safe to drive, clean from top to bottom, and he even takes a deeper scope of measure to see if my BMW needs any other safety or warranty services, all of which would be included in my warranty at no add'l cost to me. He doesn't just handle the "car issue at hand" when I arrive, but he obligates himself to ensure my BMW is in tip top shape, while he takes pride in their vehicles. He even friendly teases me asking when I'll trade in my current car and purchase a 3rd BMW from them! (the Sales staff should thank him for encouraging more BMW purchases) . Francisco Torres has shown me over the years how he takes great pride in their BMW vehicles, not only being very knowledgeable, but always in a professional & reliable manner. I know that when I arrive at this BMW dealership for any car issue, I will always be well taken care of.... whether I have an appt. or not. Their public service waiting area is very comfortable with plenty of seating, TV, fridge with cold waters & sodas, coffee machines, and sometimes snacks. I believe they also have work stations for customers customers who are waiting and need to privately work with free WiFi on their computers. When purchasing my BMW's, I have had the pleasure of working with very courteous knowledgeable staff, and most importantly I have never been pressured into a vehicle purchase, as well as I'm given all clear details on any vehicle I'm interested in.... like true mileage, where it originated from, warranties still included, etc.. No pressure sales.... what a blessing!!! They don't haunt me with calls later asking if I still was interested in a car, like other dealerships seem to do..... So bottom line is the Sales staff and Finance officers have been terrific to work with through the years. As long as Im living in Georgia, I plan on always using this dealership on vehicle purchases whether for myself or my kiddos. Thanks BMW Roswell, and especially Francisco Torres!!!!

My husband and I just purchased our first 430i xdrice 2018 and our experience was amazing, starting with the sales rep, Andrew Atchison, he was patience and professional. He even allowed my husband to drive the car for me to see it si ce I was working. Then today we had the get to know your car and Greg was just great and showed us everything we needed to know. After meticulously searching through vehicles and many dealerships, I found the vehicle calling my name at ALM on 05/25. Anxiously, I went to the dealership that same day, met with sales lady Shanta who was absolutely AMAZING throughout the entire process :-)....she restored my faith in car salesmen again :-) She pulled up the vehicle I inquired about, we went for a test drive and I fell in love with the vehicle, but what was even more enjoyable about my car buying experience, is that Shanta wasn't being too aggressive or trying to get me to buy a car right then, and she actually advised me to sleep on my thoughts and let her know whatever I decide. Well...later that day, I made my decision, called Shanta and told her that I'm ready to make my purchase. She sent me the link to fill out the application, once I completed the application, I went back to the dealership the next day and was trading in my old car and driving away in my new Lexus in about 1.5hr and that is how I LOVE doing business. ALM has gained a new loyal customer. THANKS SO MUCH SHANTA for your professionalism, honesty, and awesome customer service :-)

I bought a used 2013 Ford F-150 from Alex Dorrego at ALM Gwinnett and whole process was fantastic. Alex was extremely professional and did everything he could to get me the best price possible, and even took care of a few cosmetic issues free of charge (torn leather seat, faded paint, etc.). He even mailed me my license plate when I accidentally left it behind. I am totally in love with the car and now I couldn't say better things about Alex and ALM Gwinnett!

Not one, not two??? Yes THREE! Who???s is this woman? I love to drive, I love my Mini, and I love to drive my Mini to the tune of about 25,000 miles per year. It was a bright, sunny day and time to Visit Mall of Georgia Mini for my second service. For normal people this service would occur around year number two of ownership ??? but not this Motorist. Kaylee greeted me with a firm handshake and a smile. Yes it???s ME and I am back again. It???s almost like she knew what I wanted before I knew??? Really, I am just here for service and admiring the new Mini models; and yet I found myself - willingly - on a test drive and really enjoying myself. After about 3 hours of running this lady in circles I stuck to my guns - ???Just say no, Just say NO??? - and I drive away with the same Mini I drove in with. I think this was all part of Kaylee???s plan. Once I arrived at home I just can???t help myself, and I send Kaylee a message ??? ???If you have a convertible in British Racing Green I???ll take it???. Did I really just say that?? Of course I sent a list of additional - ridiculous demands - and my ???Wish Upon A Star??? payment - no way anyone is agreeing to this Mini extortion list. 24 hours later I am sitting at Kaylee???s desk signing for my brand spanking new, British Racing Green Convertible Mini Cooper! Who is this woman? I tried to resist, I even said NO ??? and yet Kaylee somehow managed to maneuver around all my objections and deliver the next Mini Love Affair of my life. Happiness - ???Sigh???
