BMW of West HoustonReviews
BMW of West Houston review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Tommy Luk at BMW West! I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X3 after my previous vehicle was totaled, and Tommy made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful process such a positive experience. From the very beginning, Tommy was genuinely kind, patient, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured or like I was just another sale. He truly took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the people he works with, and that kind of customer service is hard to find. There’s a reason our family keeps coming back to him! Two of our family members had already purchased vehicles with Tommy before me, making me the third, and after my experience I completely understand why. We’ve already recommended him to other family members and will continue to send anyone looking for a vehicle his way. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers, ask for Tommy Luk. He has absolutely earned our family’s business and our highest recommendation. Thank you, Tommy, for making my X3 purchase such a wonderful experience! ❤️🚙

Trust N RideReviews
2013 BMW 528 review
Recently purchased 2013 bmw 528i Xdrive - Alpine white over cinnamon brown beautiful spec. 80k miles - 6 months later no problems. Equipped with cold weather package - and 360 camera. Amazing technology for the year. The illuminated door handles at night really provide a luxury feel before entering the comfortable interior. Extremely smooth drive but then you put it in Sport mode and everything changes - faster throttle response. Tighter steering, propelling you forward leaving everyone in your rear view. The sound system although not specified as Harman/Kardon still is loud enough for me to not care. Really loud and stock Bluetooth connectivity is great. Engine has light rattle sound on start up but it’s a common noise for that base engine and gets quieter when engine warms up. First bmw and easily stands out as one of my favorite cars owned to date.

Huge thank you to Julien and Isaac at APX Auto Brokers! From start to finish, they made the car buying experience seamless. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made sure I left with a vehicle that checked every box. I really appreciate the extra care they put into making sure everything was perfect. Couldn't be happier!

Nice power, good economy, great looking! I only wish that it had more front leg room. Great value too! I had a choice between a Cadillac or this. This won!

We just got a 2008 Volkswagen Eos. Great car, great shape, and fair price. Chris was an excellent sales man and went the extra mile for us. We drove over 3 hours to see the car and it was as promised. Anyone in Chicago should consider them. If you dont mind the drive, it is worth tou time to do so.

2013 BMW 528 review
I have only had it for about two weeks. But it is an amazing car for being 8 years old. The exterior is in amazing condition, and after I put on a ceramic coating it looks like it just came off a new car showroom floor. Took it on a road trip last week and marveled at what a good road car it was. All in all it was a happy purchase I made.

This place was absolutely wonderful. Bought a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta in great condition for a good price. The staff were accommodating, kind, and helpful. The manager even drove us to the bank because we didn’t have a car, very helpful and willing to negotiate on price. Can’t account for the negative reviews, but I definitely recommend these guys.

Vandross Auto SalesReviews
Vandross Auto Sales review
The employees at Vandross auto sales met and exceeded my expectations and went over and behind what was expected when purchasing a preowned vehicle, I recently purchased a preowned Mercedes for my wife. After searching for over a month and wanted to give up I came across the exact model I was looking for, I called scheduled to see the vehicle first thing on a Saturday. I showed up early to be greeted by Naim. He had the vehicle cleaned, filled with fuel and out front ready for us to road test, we went for a 20 minute drive , tested EVERYTHING and the car was 100% what we wanted. They issued a temporary plate so we could leave and take it back home and within 1.5 hour from arrival we were on our way, they offered a extended warranty at a VERY low price which we purchased as a precaution. We have so far driven the car over 800 miles without any issues and couldn’t be happier thank you to Vandross auto sales for exceeding our expectations we will defiantly be returning when our son is ready for his first vehicle

I recently purchased a preowned car and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Drew and his team were incredibly transparent, answering all my questions and providing detailed information about the car’s history. They made sure everything was in top shape before handing over the keys, which gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase. It’s rare to find such honesty and dedication to customer satisfaction. I’d highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to buy a used vehicle!

My husband and I enjoyed our experience with the dealership and the salesperson, Drew, who provided us with the most excellent experience. He did not do hard sales. He arranged to work his day off. Though we were looking at cars 10K to 22K, he did not try to push us upward. Drew is an asset to the company. And he knows the best hotels, coffee and bakeries available if you are hungry or traveling. Would absolutely recommend this dealership and salesman!
