2021 BMW 530 review
It's my 5th 5 series BMW. 21' Arctic pearl white 530i with cognac Dakota leather vented seats. Absolutely amazing car. Smooth as glass acceleration, handling and braking. Large like an an old 7 series. 44 miles to the gallon doing over a 100mph going to Arizona in eco mode. The Sport mode is kick ass and noticibly quicker and tighter handeling. When I test drove her I thought for sure it was a 6 cylinder, it wasn't. 4 cylinder twin turbo. I wanted the straight 6 but was $12,000 more...to much. Each night I still go out to the garage and look at her before going to bed. Will be buying it 4/24 when lease expires. Greg

Hendrick BMW Certified Pre-Owned South Charlotte review
I've been thinking about buying an electric car for a while but really didn't want a Tesla. I decided to call into BMW South to see what they had in terms of options. I was routed to Zac and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the different options that they had. I wound up scheduling an appointment and stopping in later that week. Right off the bat I was very impressed with there EV offerings. Zac quickly helped me narrow it down to a few options and later that evening I took one home. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will definitely be back on the next one.

Hendrick BMW review
I moved from California a few months ago, and my car's regular interval maintenance was due. I chose Henrick's BMW service center as the main dealer in Charlotte. The process of dropping off, inspecting, and returning my vehicle was very professional. I had a drivetrain malfunction light in addition to the regular service, which turned out to be a warning of a more than likely future failure of the heat management unit (Thermostat). Following approval, they were efficient and returned my vehicle after only a short time. The video I received of the inspection and the engine fault was thorough by the service tech, and the Service Advisor (Jose) was curteous and friendly. Overall, a simple and pleasant experience.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

Keep up the excellent work!
2018 BMW 530 review
As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

I wanted something fun to drive that was still practical. I ave always admired BMWs but never owned one my self. Stopped in on the way home one day and was warmly greeted and matched with Zack. He was extremely helpful in answering any and all of my questions. After some suggestions on his end I took a look at a few cars. After finding the right model he searched for different colors and options. A few days later I got to drive home in my new (to me) m440. Would gladly consider working with him again.

CarMax Greenville review
Best buying, selling and service center I've every experienced! They are doing it right! I rarely write these but am blown away by the staff and quality here!
2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

Charles Baker is a top- notch Service Manager. My car was in and out and he had a consultation with me on future repairs. Thank you!
2025 BMW 530 review
Love everything about this car honestly besides the taillights. Drives very smoothly and sporty yet comfortable like a BMW should, nailed the interior, just not in love with the exterior.

I love the service I receive at BMW! The greeters are very welcoming and kind. Demetrius, my service representative is welcoming, very customer friendly, and efficient. He inquires about the service you are scheduled for and tells you what?s upcoming. The maintenance didn?t take long at all. I love the service and treatment I get as a valued customer at BMW!

I had my vehicle serviced. Everything was checked and my car was washed and vacuumed. It was as usual a good experience. Snacks and beverages are provided as well as the television is on. I constantly received updates as to the status of my vehicle. Mr. Baker is always kind and makes sure your vehicle is serviced and everything is as requested.

I had a great experience at BMW and Matthew who was my advisor. Matthew made sure to keep me up to date with the status of my SUV and even got me a loaner as soon as one was available, he even had my SUV dropped off so I didn?t have to come up to the dealer to get it. Love the customer service!!

Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.
