Adams North Charlotte review
Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.
2019 BMW 530 review
This car went beyond my expectations. From the autobahns of Germany to the potholed, unrepaired streets and highways I have to drive here in the US along with avoiding those who drive without any regard for others being on the road my car has performed.

2020 BMW 530 review
This car did meet all my requirements in a new car. It has the power and speed of the M series. The ride and handling are exceptional. The interior styling with blue stitching on the black leather is a class-act.

Hendrick BMWReviews
Hendrick BMW review
I arrived early for my appointment and I was greeted, as usual with a smile. Sal Seck was smiling, joyful and let me know that it was okay to be there early. Sal was a true professional. We had a conversation about the items that I saw effecting my car. He always takes his time explaining what they saw or did not see. He asked if I wanted to see the genius staff and I stated yes. I spoke to Cooper M who sat in my car going over the items that were not operating well. He took action and demonstrated functions in the car. Re-Connected my phone to the car. Cooper answered all of my questions. Finally, I spoke to the tire specialist Joe, and he took the time to provide pricing for my tires and looked at the tires to explain that they were not seasonal but run flats. He was basically in teaching mode about the tires! This Hendrick BMW dealership is always comfortable, the staff are always pleasant, and they have tasty snacks. The wait is usually a brief one and I never mind waiting.

Usually my husband takes care of getting the car serviced. This was one of the first times I've gotten the task done. From driving into the building, to picking up the car after service, my experience was really smooth. By the way, my experiences with BMW have always been handled in a timely & gracefully manner.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

Hendrick BMW Certified Pre-Owned South CharlotteReviews
Hendrick BMW Certified Pre-Owned South Charlotte review
After moving to Charlotte in 2019 I shopped for a SUV that could accommodate long trips, two sets of golf clubs and luggage. After test driving all the vehicles available on Independence Blvd we chose the 2020 BMW X5 from the Hendrick dealer. Our decision was based on the quality of the vehicle and the courtesy, professionalism and genuine "hospitality" we experienced from the culture that the Hendrick organization exhibited. Since then they have opened their Certified Pre-owned dealership on South Ave and I have used the South group for all of my service and warranty needs. Kevin P. (service) and Justin L. (service mgr.) continue to exhibit the same courtesy, professionalism that originally caused us to select the Hendrick BMW group for our new purchase. My recent visit included a oil change, starter replacement (recall) and an extensive diagnostic and repair for an electrical issue that entailed a wiring harness replacement. During that effort I was provided a loaner (2026 X3) and continued updates via Kevin on their progress. All, except the oil change, were covered by the Hendrick extended warranty. This is the first time in my life I have ever endorsed a "car dealership". I will continue to share my experiences with the Hendrick group and the quality individuals they have on board.

Hendrick BMW Certified Pre-Owned South Charlotte review
My key fab would not work. My car was locked so I had it towed to Hendrick BMW South Blvd. Stefanie was very helpful. They were able to get my car running and got both key fobs working. I also asked could they give it a quick wash before I picked it up. They explained they did not have a drive-through car wash, but they would be more than happy to hand wash it. Not only did the hand wash it, but they also vacuumed the inside. That meant a lot. Great Service Thank You

2018 BMW 530 review
As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

This hands down was the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had. My salesman Julian was all of amazing. He communicated with me every step of the way. He was not pushy nor did I feel pressured into anything. I was there all of 2 hours. I left with my X5 and I love it!

Best buying, selling and service center I've every experienced! They are doing it right! I rarely write these but am blown away by the staff and quality here!
2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
