Great staff had one issue; there were scratches down both sides of the car I purchased. I noticed them after they pulled the car around and I was transferring items. I live over an hour and a half away, so I wasn't able to bring it back to them to have it fixed. they let me take it to my local detail shop and have it done. I recently bought a 2007 Jaguar XK with 64k miles on it from JET AUTO and it was an out of state purchase. I live on a military base in VA and performed the whole transaction online. Since it was out of state I needed the car professionally inspected and they very welcoming of a professional inspection. When we got the condition report back we traded notes and they adjusted the price. Greg did one price "out the door" including SHIPPING the car. And to boot I got the car THE NEXT DAY!! Yes 24 hrs - I was shocked. Greg arranged everything, and did it super fast! Honestly, I've never had a car buying transaction go this smoothly - and the fact it was online made it even better. At the end of the day I would go to Jet again for another car. Sure I'd get a professional inspection of the car first, but I certainly would not hesitate one bit using Jet for a purchase. I love the car and if you use JET ask for Greg.
