Went to murray Kia after spending 5 hours at another local Kia. Alex and Roger were absolutely amazing. I called with the current deal I got and alex promised me he would get the price I wanted over the phone which led me to coming out to the dealer. I got to murray and I was already assigned to Roger from an online inquiry I made a few days before so Alex switched me to him which speaks wonders for his integrity as a coworker and as a person to give away a sale. (kudos for that alex) Roger was outstanding. He ensured me that he would get me the price the other dealer wouldnt and made me and my wife feel right at home. We purchased the Kia sorento sx and did not feel the least bit unsure about the purchase. Murray Kia is nothing but professional and courteous and really makes you feel appreciated.

Just purchase a black on black 2013 650i Grand Coupe black on black and fully loaded with 445 horse power. The BMW engineers did an outstanding job designing this amazing car!! Performance is off the charts, the interior and exterior quality is second to none in the market. A perfect blend of a sports car incorporated into a four door sedan. I can't wait to get into my car every time to drive this unbelievable vehicle.

That???s exactly what our salesperson Brett did and more. You couldn???t have asked for a nicer and more knowledgeable person to be your car salesperson. Brett spent a lot of time with us and patiently answered all our questions completely. He was also very clear and thorough in explaining all the features of the car, as well as all other aspects of the transaction. It was THE BEST car buying experience we have ever had! We were offered a very good deal and very fair trade-in price for our trade. It made the car buying experience a pleasure, the way it should be. I would also like to mention David, who is the finance manager. He had all our paperwork prepared accurately. He was very thorough and patient in explaining everything before we signed all the documents. Never was pressured for any after-sale add-ons. I had been causally searching for a new F-150 online and Basil popped up in my search. I fell in love with the 2015 Platinum F-150. Drove 315 miles (one way) to trade in my truck, which Joe gave me what I would have gotten if I had sold it privately. Kire is the man! He is the glue that kept the transition running smoothly. With the help of Amber and Rob, I would definitely recommend Basil to anyone and would come back!
I bought a Honda CRV from Paradise motorsports. The vihecle I bought was worth of the money spent. I have also visited the dealership for maintainance and services twice within a month where the disappointment of my buying experience come out into light. The car, which was said to have been inspected in TOYOTA greens, appears to be not properly inspected except the mere oil change it underwent. Within three weeks the car's AC system declined and the dealership asked me to pay 300 more to repair it. Another time, I took the vehicle for a serious maintainance and returned back my car with more new damages that didn't exist. They must have unskilled mechanic who barely work there to disgrace the work of the auto market. Having enough trouble with the dealership, I further researched on the marketing philosophy of the company and what comes out as the result is shocking. The auto dealer, just send all vehicles to TOYOTA greens for oil change. With that they get the certificate of inspection, which literally doesn't tell the whole story. With this in mind I suggest buyers to make the vehicles checked by professional experts.

A second owner of a 2013 BMW 650i X-Drive w/ M-Sport package that was a deal I couldn't pass up.
The car cruises great on highway trips in comfort mode, and then can tackle the twisty roads with the switch of a button to Sport. The turbos spool up very well, and when in sport-mode the transmission does a great job of keeping you in that power band the entire time.
This car has a great amount of power and torque, and the X-Drive system is great at putting it down while keeping you from smoking the tires. The confidence it inspires while driving through sub-prime conditions is next level. The car feels balanced without the feeling of understeer that is oh-so familiar in an Audi.
The interior is what I expected from a BMW, and keeps me comfortable while also still feeling sporty. The seats are great, the infotainment system is easy to navigate, and the dials are easy to read. If you can, try and get the lane assist package w/ blind-spot alerts as the blind-spots with the side mirrors can be a little tricky to navigate.
Tom and the guys at autorama were great in helping us find what we were looking for .We had been searching for something for one of our boys and Tom helped us find exactly what we wanted. The info and service we received here was exceptional! Thanks again Doug Thurmond

Try to have warranty or extended warranty on it. If you don't, then be careful how you drive it. So far no problems
Travis Foster is the man. There was a lot of negativity dealing with the sale of my CLS 550 but he stepped up to the plate and hit an home run. If it wasn't for his professionalism I would never have purchased the vehicle. Make sure you ask for Travis👍🏼

While driving to St Louis for a 2 day meeting meeting, I got a diagnostic warning on the car. Made it (in panic mode) the last 12 miles to my hotel and called the closest BMW dealer just before closing time. I wanted to have the car towed over to the service dept. I was told the service dept was really backed up and to call back when they opened tomorrow morning. When I called back at 7AM, I got Patti Kupfer. She said send it on over and she'd get it looked at and see what they could do. She called back later that day and told me the problem and said the parts were in stock and she thought they could get it finished by the time my meeting was over. True to her word the car was ready as promised! Great service!

Great vehicle if you get it under warranty. So far i do not have any issues but being under warranty is always good.

I just purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Lexus of Omaha. I live in Lincoln and Jennifer drove the car to my home to look at and test drive. They gave me a great deal and took the car to the Lexus in Lincoln dealer for detailing that same afternoon for me to pick up later. Tommy came to my house the next day for me to complete the paperwork as well as coming back this weekend to deliver my second key fob AND the CD's I had left in the player of my previous car. This experience was amazing!

This is the car I've always always wanted, a true combination of style, performance and luxury. The car is rocket fast, handles like a dream (X-Drive) and turns heads on the road. People just walk up and say wow (it's an Emola Red ragtop with white leather interior). Guaranteed parking in front of any luxury restaurant. Could not be happier.
Was looking for a nice used Range Rover Sport. Luxury Auto had the perfect choice (I was looking for a very specific color combo). Not only was there no pressure to buy, when I asked about the condition of the brakes on this vehicle they had their mechanic re-inspect and install new rotors and pads! I will go out of my way to find a reason to buy from this dealer next time. When they move to their new location (late 2017...early 2018??) they should have a facility that truly matches the high level buying experience I had. Very pleased with my experience!!
I went in to get my Service A completed for my GLC. The service advisor Don was great! My only complaint was the chat service. I made my appointment through the chat service and also requested a quote for the Service A. The chat representative quoted me $260 but when I asked the person over the counter, it was over $300. The representative at the register informed me the chat representative should not be quoting the fees for services as they are not an employee of the dealership. Hopefully, they get this taken care of soon because that can be misleading.
