One of the best experiences purchasing a vehicle if not the best experience. Working with Luis and Danny Lee was one the easiest processes in buying a car. The dealership was curious and very professional. They weren't pushy or anything. I worked with Luis over email and he figured what I wanted and when I arrived at the dealership my BMW was ready. I got the speak with Ross the manager and he wasn't pushy he asked if I was happy with the vehicle and said to take my time in making my decision.

CarMax Costa MesaReviews
CarMax Costa Mesa review
I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

BMW of Ontario review
When it comes to servicing my car BMW of Ontario is the place and Sergio is my guy. They provide great service and really know how to take care of the customer. A job well done.
2024 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

Mini was very thorough and detailed. When they returned my car it was practically brand new. It needed a lot of work and they were the ones to do it. Once returned, they washed and detailed it and added some special perks that made my countryman look beautiful and feel special. Thank you to Marcos for being diligent and amazing customer service.

Riverside BMW made getting my new car incredibly easy. Jimmy listened to what I wanted and came back with exactly the car and deal I needed before I even stepped foot in the dealership. The entire process was smooth, fast, and completely stress free. No games, no pressure, just honest communication and great service from start to finish. I never would have imagined I would have a car this beautiful in my driveway. This was truly the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I could not be happier with my new BMW and I highly recommend Jimmy and the team at Riverside BMW. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
