Ever Cars SF review
I’ve never owned an EV before, so I had a multitude of newbie questions as this is a big transition from Acura MDX. Ever Cars made this easier than expected. Jake, my rep, was really the workhorse though. Jake took notes of everything I said I wanted, but then took it several steps further and brought up features I didn’t even know I needed! I thought Tesla held the title for longest range, until he introduced me to Lucid, which I test drove the 2023 Lucid Air… incredible. I needed some “hand holding” to figure out what I wanted, but Jake did that for me and I’m grateful.

Purchased a new X3 last week and once again Calvin did a great job getting me a good deal . Ali, his associate assisted and did a great job explaining things to my wife . Peter Pan BMW review
I recently had the pleasure of working with Khalil Mannah at Peterpan BMW to purchase a BMW X3, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Khalil went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. First and foremost, Khalil was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the different features and options available on the BMW X3. He took the time to patiently walk me through each detail and explain the pros and cons of different packages and add-ons, which helped me make an informed decision about which options I wanted on my car. Throughout the purchasing process, Khalil was also very responsive and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly, and he was always available to help me with anything I needed. He also worked hard to negotiate a great price for me, and i got a fantastic deal. Overall, I would highly recommend Khalil Mannah and Peterpan BMW to anyone looking to purchase a BMW or any other high-quality vehicle.

It was great! I am very happy dealing with Ever car. Diego did a good job keeping me informed.
2023 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
I have the M50 version of the iV. I love the independence and drive of the electric car. It has super power, sometimes surprising do. It accelerates instantly and with tons of power. I also love the hatch back; lots of room in the trunk space. My issue with the car is primarily the fact that it really is a sorts car: quite low to the ground, which isn't the easiest at my age (71) to get into. Because of the demand for the car when I bought it, I had to make a decision without really test driving it. The i5 wasn't yet available, and I wanted electric but not the huge iX, so the iV was my only option for an electric at the time. The tires on the car are mounted on 19" rims, so the tire face is thin. This means that the tires puncture or tear quite easily, like just gently scraping a curb. I just bought a set of snow tires with 17" rims but all-season tires are not yet available (hope they will be soon!). This had added a significant unforeseen cost to the annual maintenance if the car. Good car if you aren't troubled by these issues but maybe pass on the iV of you are and head to the i5 or another manufacturers EV.

2025 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Simply put, from Sales manager Matthew who was patient, thorough, and took every step to make sure I found the car of my choice, to Yami and Steve who educated me on how to use my accessories i.e., stereo and other of my new car features and did not rush through it till they helped figure it out and now all works perfect. So grateful for the extensive Team Work by all in both Sales (Matthew) and Service (Yami & Steve) highly recommend both departments to everyone!!

Jake Villierme was exceptionally helpful throughout my trade-in process. He consistently kept me informed with regular calls and updates regarding the 2026 Tesla Model Y I was considering. His communication was straightforward and transparent, which made the entire experience seamless. After test-driving the Model Y, I was thoroughly impressed by its performance and design. Additionally, the team went above and beyond by meticulously detailing the vehicle and expertly buffing out several minor imperfections on the EV, ensuring it looked pristine before delivery.

I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

Honda of Oakland review
Ryan was a tremendous help -- a guide, really. I needed his expertise and what he showed me is that it's not about the car, necessarily, it's about the person. Every move we made was driven by what I needed and wanted, what my expectations and requirements (and worries and fears) were, not a need to sell a car. When expectations and fears collide, it's only a really good salesperson that can help you sort that out and match you with the right short or long term solution. Ryan's a _really good salesperson_ in the way we should be understanding what that means: taking the time to listen, so that he can find a solution that is appropriate for the person who's come to him for help.

My I4edrive has dazzling performance as you would expect from a Bmw and it is the smoothest and quietest car I have ever driven. It is a wonderful and flawless electric car.

They have a good service. Some of the salespeople are rude though. It has a sitting area, free wi-fi, and free coffee. You might find some good deals.

The car buying experience with Kevin, the Internet Sales Manager, was awesome: customer service oriented, no haggle, priced to sell, and quick response. I highly recommend and plan to return on future purchases.
2023 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

Very professional service. Whole process a bit slow due to unfreezing of credit. But got a great car at a fair price.

Great professional customer service. The dealership is well organized and made the purchase process very smooth and efficient. They were also very informative and I didn’t feel like I was being pressured to buy extras that I really did not need.

2024 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

Weatherford BMW review
Raoul Rautenbach at Weatherford went the extra mile and tracked down the exact configuration of the X5 I wanted - carbon black and a factory hitch for the ebikes. The other East Bay dealers were only offering the X5s on their lot. Raoul found one with the factory hitch up by Chico and had it delivered to Weatherford. He matched competitive pricing without a hassle. I would go back to him in a minute. My overall experience at Weatherford was outstanding.

So far it’s very good. Just getting use to driving electric. Drive is smooth and the interior feels great! Love the color of exterior and interior.
