Today my wife and I went in for an encore genius session at Weatherford BMW with Tony Nguyen . Not only did he greet us with a nice smile, he was very informative, has a wealth of knowledge on our vehicle, and always more than happy to answer all of our questions. Not only did he meet all of our expectations, he exceeded them well making us feel super comfortable . He patiently walk us through every step of the infotainment system and made sure he made the necessary changes to our settings to fit our current lifestyle and driving habit. What a Gem at Weatherford. If you need to see a Genius, I would definitely recommend going to see Tony Nguyen. He???s the BEST.

Had an appointment with v at 6pm but got there late she waited for me she had the car read up front went on quick test drive I was hesitant at the beginning since it was dark and I was buy a dark color car but after agreeing on the numbers I bought the car it’s been 3 months now I love my car and no surprises thank u V and thank u M sport motors definitely will be back for my next car
I bought a 2013 535i from NorthState Auto and it was the best car buying experience I ever had. First of all, our sales rep, Milo greeted us and we explained the type of car we were looking for. Within minutes we were out for a test drive and we were having a lot of fun. After we came back we discussed semantics about financing. It was a very relaxed environment and we were able to talk about everything we need to. Once we got down to business, Tim from finance stepped in and helped us further. He helped us understand in detail and answered all the further questions we had. We never felt pressured or anything to make a purchase as the sales reps don't work on commission. I personally have never been in a dealership that has that sort of work environment but I do have to say that it was very pleasing to not have someone pressure me into making a purchase. All in all Milo, Tim and the owner of the dealership(sorry I forgot your name good sir) were outstanding with their customer support and the ability to answer all the questions we had. Thank you guys again for everything.
Had a good experience with Ali Samadani and the staff at Weatherford BMW. Took home a 2019 X3 iDrive30i last Friday after a good discussion with him about whether to lease or purchase the car. His over thirty years of experience at the dealership showed in his calm and clear explanations that made everything clear to us first time leasers, my wife and I. Though I walked in convinced I would purchase the car, it was clear at the end leasing was better for me at this point in my life. The environment was beautiful, sitting in a relaxed kind of living room setting and not in a sales cubicle thank goodness. The in-house cafe coffee was good, and though it took a while as always, a lot of paperwork, overall very happy with the experience and even happier with the car. Thanks Weatherford!
