Ben Trask is hands down the best service advisor at Hendrick BMW. I’ve been going to him for my BMW since 2021 (we actually confirmed that on my last visit!), and he’s consistently been outstanding. He’s always polite, transparent about repairs and pricing, and someone I genuinely trust when it comes to anything with my vehicle. This Independence location is usually very busy, and it’s currently under renovation, which I’m sure adds extra stress for the team. Even so, everyone I’ve interacted with has been considerate, helpful, and welcoming. They always manage to keep a positive attitude. I know this industry can be tough at times, which makes the level of courtesy and professionalism here stand out even more. 2021 BMW M340 review
The word economy on M Performance car might look strange, but as a daily driver, its very important part. You can turn on eco-pro mode, and the car will transfer from extremely powerful and quick beast into a fuel sipping hybrid, that was doing 31 mpg on my highway tests. So far, I can tell that the technology in the car is amazing. Very thought of in many situations, that i am still discovering. I have it with executive package, that adds some nice things like heads up display, etc. I would say that its a must for those cars. At least a premium package is what you want here. Sound with HK system is very good. Clean, and powerful enough. Handling is amazing. Especially if you have M adaptive suspension pack. Good space for 4 and good trunk space as well. Voice communication is much more refined than previous generations. Wireless apple car play is a nice thing too. In a few words - love this car.

2020 BMW M340 review
I've had my '20 M340i for about a month now and I am totally in love!!! Performance is off the charts when you want to really push it, but what has been surprising is how comfortable it is as a daily driver. Also love the tech - Android Auto in particular. And she is a head turner in dravit gray, I get a lot of compliments. Only regret is that the run flats are a little bit of a rough ride, so recommend you get some performance tires if you can.

Unreal performance and the absolute best of both worlds... in sport plus it is a BEAST. Period. Like less than 4s 0-60, regardless of official specs. In eco I'm getting 40mpg!! Show me another car that does that and looks this good doing it.

2023 BMW M340 review
As fast as my 911 but I can drive it in the winter without special tires. Great suspension, brakes and gas mileage. HK stereo is terrific. Wonderful value. I only wish the sport seats were a bit wider.
