Unique Auto MallReviews
Unique Auto Mall review
Been driving the same Silverado since 2013 and it finally started nickel and diming me. Spent about a month hunting for a replacement. Went to two lots in Old Bridge, one near Woodbridge, and honestly by the third one I was ready to just keep fixing the old truck. Then I ended up at Unique Auto Mall on a Thursday afternoon. What got me was that the guy working with me actually knew the truck. Asked what I haul, how often, whether I tow. Pointed out a 2022 F-150 that wasnt even what I came to look at and it turned out to be the right call. Bed was clean, no rust underneath, and he pulled it up on the lift for me without me having to beg. Trade in number was lower than I hoped at first but we went back and forth a couple times and landed somewhere I could live with. Financing took longer than I wanted, sat around for close to an hour waiting on paperwork, but the coffee was free and I had my phone. Been about five months. Truck's been perfect. No complaints from me.

Karma Westfield review
Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

Chris and Mike and the entire staff at Sunrise Chevy made the trade and sale and finance real easy. They asked what vehicle I wanted, and they made it happen. Within hours I was driving the vehicle off the lot. I should have asked for the new Corvette!! (LOL)

I have had positive experiences with my 3 car purchases and the professionalism and ease in getting financing. My daughters love their new cars and I feel good as a mom that the cars sold here have been reliable and equipped with safety features . The best part of my experience is the staff at Sunrise Autoland answered questions in a timely manner. They made sure the cars are properly serviced before leaving their lot and cleaned. I have been a loyal customer since 2019 and knew that once my girls began to drive that Sunrise Autoland would be where I would go to get them their first cars.
