I want to give a huge thank you to Jeremy "808" and his boss Kiyoshi at Kendall Ford Vancouver!! Ive had my new truck for a couple weeks now and couldn't be happier! This is my 100% honest review of my experience.. I viewed a 2018 Nissan Frontier that Kendall had advertised online. I sent inquiry, Jeremy responded via text almost immediately. We soon spoke over the phone, I explained my situation of negative equity in my current car and a low fixed income. I really pushed the fact that it has to be the right deal.. right payment, right vehicle or I wouldnt bite. Jeremy assured me that if I would make the trip in, he'd be able to make the deal I needed/wanted. To be honest, I was skeptical.. heard it before just to get the run around or a bad deal. To my very pleasant surprise, "808" did exactly what he promised! Before I arrived he and Kiyoshi had already discussed a few options for me. First option was a really good deal but more then what I needed.. I wanted mid-size crew cab truck. Again, first truck (chevy silverado 4x4 zr1) was beautiful and a great deal but more than I needed. I honestly figured this would be the moment it would all fall down and id leave with no new deal and frustrated.. just the opposite happened! They brought out my dream truck! A beautiful black Nissan Frontier SV! So this would be the point now to get me excited, stick me with a ridiculous price and high payments right?? Wrong again! They swallowed 6k of negative equity on my trade in and still sold me the Frontier for 1k under blue book! The truck also qualified for Kendalls free 6 month power train warranty so no worries that I was getting a great deal on a bad truck.. I absolutely love my truck, I have zero buyers remorse, kept the same payment as my trade in, cleaned up a ton of negative equity and now have a vehicle that will retain its resale value long after I get my use out of it. Have this car for 3 years and it’s been nothing but pleasure. Subtle looking on the outside, cruising beast on the inside. Drove other BMWs and not have been as boss feeling car as this one.

2020 BMW M550 review
This car is an absolute beast! Not only is it a reliable luxury car but when you need that power it can pretty much take on anyone on the road without much effort thanks to the 523 HP and 553 lbs of torque! It rides like you are on air in comfort mode but as soon as you press that Sport Plus button it’s Mr Hyde! Wow what a machine. Love this car.

Took my car for service and it was diagnosed with a failed Coolant Pump . Mine is under 50 K miles. I requested the Tech to help me and it was escalated to the Service director. I also opened a ticket with BMW corporate. The BMW team and the Service Director worked among themselves and decided to fix the issue with minimal cost to me. Really appreciated the gesture. The tech at BMW Bellevue was very helpful in explaining the issue , empathizing and helping resolve the issue with his Director.
2018 BMW M550 review
Car has many things I liked such as very fast and soft ride and a few negatives such as no heated seats or apple car play as they are options on this $80K car. I feel they should be standard at this price, I mean really $300 for apple car play as an option on a $80K car. overall its a big premium for this 8 cylinder engine.

2020 BMW M550 review
This car looks like a regular 5 series (except for the M550 badge on the rear). You'll know it's not when you hit the gas pedal. With 523 ponies, It roars. At the same time a very comfortable cruiser. Love the massage seats on a long drive. The engine sound can be adjusted if wanted. Kind of a gimmick, because it is fast no matter how is sounds. If you are looking for a really fast car that visually (and hopefully litterally) stays under the radar, a great choice. Be carful, at 100 plus miles per hour, the car is begging you to go faster, which it will. A governor keeps it at 160 MPH max.

I have no complaints about this car other than it can make you sick if you are sensitive to motion sickness because the car is extremely fast. When you hit the gas you fell like you are taking off on a roller coaster.

Overall experience was quite good. I had in mind when I went to the dealership what I might want which was an E-class EV or plug-in hybrid, especially after seeing a review of the car on PBS's Motor Week show. In late December I dropped by the dealership, And I was greeted promptly by Marc Castillo who was quite helpful finding a PHEV on the lot when it initially appeared there might not be one available to drive. While I was disappointed that there was just one plug-in hybrid on the lot and not my preferred color or options. I liked the car except for that, and Marc followed up promptly. On a follow-up visit in late January, Helen Bozkurt took over the sales process quite seamlessly. After that visit, she followed up quickly and was very accommodative to scheduling the next visit to work on making a potential deal. She was able to help me make the deal/price I wanted. The rest of the sales process went well, including the sales finalization and financing paperwork done very efficiently by Stuart. Helen provided excellent post-sale follow-up. I still need some help on the inefficient headlight dimmers and setting the charging times at home, as it does not seem to work per the instructions in the car operating manual as described on page 340.

It was good. I have problems with the passenger seatbelt beeper going off all the time even when no one sitting there. I also had problems with some of the electrical.
