I was looking for a specific vehicle got in touch with the dealership which I located on cars.com and salesman Matt Tucker who provided me with a walk around video and his transparent honest assessment of the vehicle which led me to board a plane from New York City to purchase my vehicle! Upon arrival I met Danny Ogden who provided me with my inspection and test drive his hospitality was awesome! When it came time for the financial paperwork I met the loveliest business manager Crystal Harrison who assured me the dealerships goal is customer satisfaction and if any unforeseen issues arise their goal is to make things right no questions asked and that’s about all you can ask for! This rating is for Matt Egger the service advisor at BMW Rockland. Matt helped me with some tricky software issues with my BMW IX by fixing the safety recall on the car software and updating my 2023 IX to be compatible with Tesla charging stations through a single large software update. He is extremely honest, knowledgeable, understanding, kind, and courteous. My fur baby (a little cavachon luppy) also gave his nod of approval after getting a good pet from Matt! Matt follows through on what he says and gives sound well researched opinions and advice supplemented by his ample experience. Honest, courteous service with no pressure from the sales person. The price of the GMC Canyon Denali and the value of my trade was more than fair. it has super car power with a comfortable ride , great handling good safety features, bought mine in competition guise. black with tartufo interior. coming out of Audi r8 performance this car is just as fast if not faster.

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating.
