I just purchased a 2017 used BMWx3. I found The sales rep I worked with was great. Her name was Wendy Charbonneau and she was new to BMW of West Springfield. The purchase of the car went very smoothly because of Wendy. I found myself in a great car and worked with a great dealership. Linda

BMW of WaterburyReviews
BMW of Waterbury review
While driving on Rt.8 Northbound around exit 35 the car hit a large pothole and the tire was damaged. I was able to drive to BMW of Waterbury. As I entered the showroom an agent by the name of Emily assisted me. As I told her what occurred she immediately went outside to look at the car and confirmed a new tire was needed. She indicated she would check to see if they had the tire in stock that I needed. They did not, however they would have in the next day to fix. Immediately she asked where I lived, when I told her Shelton, her immediate response was no worry, we will have a driver take you home so you can get your other car. Customer Service at the highest level, with no computers or AI, just good old face to face communication which is a lost art today. The car was ready the next day as promised. Emily, job well done and thank you for taking care of our needs.

It was a bit rocky in the beginning, but we've had to take our Tesla in and out of the shop since we received it. However, "JOHN" in the service department has been amazing so far! We're currently waiting on a tire and wheel alignment once we get the car back from Tesla. I would highly recommend this dealership without hesitation! They are dedicated, compassionate, and provide excellent customer service!

When you reply to a car search request for more photos it behoves you too include the vehicle and the dealership identifiers in your email, before demanding identirying info from buyers. This dealer accomplished that miniimum standard. Sadly, across the board dealers are so bad at this that carmax gets 4 stars.

The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.

Excellent experience. Good advice for which car was best for me. A very fair deal. Great delivery on the new car. Even cleaned my grandson’s car seat and it looks new!

I purchased a 2018 M4 from this dealership New. Since owning this car working directly with the service department anytime I have an issue has been more than pleasant. Thom in service has always been there when things go wrong and I believe this dealership goes out of their way to provide customer service!

Went in for a routine service and a follow up with a warranty item. Loved the ease of online booking. Ethan and team iare great with checking you in and keeping you informed throughout the process. I used a loaner this visit but have waited in the past and the waiting area is very comfortable. We have used this dealership for over 25 years and have always felt pricing and quality is what has had us coming back.
