One of the best experiences in the buying process was to work with Mariah Hittle, the BMW Genius. She took her time to explain all the features of my new BMW and there were many. She knew the features used by most people and set the initial settings to my liking. The key was the follow-up visit two weeks later to go over issues that were not covered or that needed further explaining. Thanks Mariah!
We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
Tramica made our car buying experience a wonderful one. She listens to your wants and takes your budget into consideration to find the perfect car, even if it takes a couple attempts she made sure we left 100% satisfied. While in town getting our 2007 BMW X5 serviced, we were waiting in the showroom -- which is very comfortable, by the way -- and started considering getting a newer BMW. Brent had said hello a bit earlier in the day, so we asked him if he could help us.

I worked with Kim Calaway. Kim is the type of lady that makes things happen. I live in Casper, WY so it made it difficult for me to get down to Loveland to test drive and sign paperwork. I called her on a Wednesday to inquire about the BMW. On Thursday at 2:00, a driver delivered my new car. All of the paperwork was ready for me to sign and return with the driver. She made sure I had my rubber floor mats and no mileage was on the vehicle, upon delivery. It was a seamless buying experience. Thank you Kim!
I bought a used car from CO's BMW Center. The whole process was about as perfect as it could have been. We traveled from Canon City, and the car was ready when we arrived, we were met promptly by Phil Meyer our salesman, the car was exactly as advertised. Where to start from. The beginning to the end it was overall the best car experience. I called Maaliki motors on the phone and ed listen to what I am looking for and made me feel comfortable over the phone very friendly and honest. When I came in we test drove the car and it was very nice . When it came down to pricing and the real deal Frank was very kind and know what he is doing. Showed me all the numbers and got me what I asked for and match what I have from my credit union. If I can leave 10 star I would. Honest ppl to deal with.
