Drove almost 3hrs to purchase from Rockhill Nissan. They had the best pricing and phenomenal service. Most of the interaction was via phone so they had everything ready for me when I walked through the door.

My visit was necessitated due to an illuminated engine light. An engine scan was performed and the fault was identified. Jason Hall and his technician performed appropriate corrective action. And now all is good. I appreciate the periodic update of the progress coupled with a definition of the cause that was helpful and considerate.
2023 BMW X1 review
New bmw x1. Glides…effortless driving. Incredible performance. I’ve had three other x1’s prior…nothing comes close to the handling of the 2023. However…the huge screen is distracting, it’s not user friendly and by the time I figure out the new gadgets I’ll be ready for a new lease🤷🏻♀️

We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

Hendrick BMW Certified Pre-Owned South Charlotte review
I wanted something fun to drive that was still practical. I ave always admired BMWs but never owned one my self. Stopped in on the way home one day and was warmly greeted and matched with Zack. He was extremely helpful in answering any and all of my questions. After some suggestions on his end I took a look at a few cars. After finding the right model he searched for different colors and options. A few days later I got to drive home in my new (to me) m440. Would gladly consider working with him again.
2025 BMW X1 review
Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

I always select John Paul as my service advisor because he consistently delivers an excellent experience. He takes the time to clearly explain what my BMW needs, provides honest recommendations, and keeps me updated throughout the visit. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude make the entire process smooth and stress-free. I trust his guidance and truly appreciate the level of care he provides every time I come in
2025 BMW X1 review
Car delivers more than I expected. Two must have options are Technology Package and Driver Assistance Plus - that combination is hard to find. Sport seats are very comfortable. Lack of knobs and buttons is an issue - miss them. There is a huge learning curve transitioning to a touch screen. You must absolutely make use of the BMW "Genius" service. Highway MPG exceeds advertised value.

2024 BMW X1 review
The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

Hendrick BMW Certified Pre-Owned South Charlotte review
I've been thinking about buying an electric car for a while but really didn't want a Tesla. I decided to call into BMW South to see what they had in terms of options. I was routed to Zac and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the different options that they had. I wound up scheduling an appointment and stopping in later that week. Right off the bat I was very impressed with there EV offerings. Zac quickly helped me narrow it down to a few options and later that evening I took one home. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will definitely be back on the next one.

Gustavo was very helpful and kind he’s a very good salesman he’s very good at his job
2023 BMW X1 review
Just picked-up the X1 on Mar 28th and had a great ride home from the dealership. Handles very well on the road with ample torque when needed. Hate the start/stop mechanics and the fact that you must deactivate each time. Hate the ConnectDrive thing—beware this is a sinister ploy to get more of your dollars and convert once standard car features into subscription services. It is evil. Love the interior. This is my third BMW, so I think this X1 interior is quite good for the money and I am astounded by the standard features list—Wow! And there’s a spare tire with tools in the trunk, WHAT!? I use a touch screen all day, so the tech is no stretch, as long as it works. We shall see, the OS is new. Dual clutch….hmmm, it has its advantages, but smooth take off ain’t one of ‘em. The seats are superb and the cabin very clean. Love the cargo space. This is a good vehicle for a certain group of buyers who want cargo and fun. This is a smart ICE choice, and I hope there will eventually be a U.S. bound iX1.
