Orlando Preowned review
I bought a vehicle from Orlando Preowned. I am from Minnesota. Nathan is fantastic. Great communication. Financing went smooth. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
2025 BMW X1 review
Car delivers more than I expected. Two must have options are Technology Package and Driver Assistance Plus - that combination is hard to find. Sport seats are very comfortable. Lack of knobs and buttons is an issue - miss them. There is a huge learning curve transitioning to a touch screen. You must absolutely make use of the BMW "Genius" service. Highway MPG exceeds advertised value.

I've had three 2015 X1's. Drove the wheels off one, one got stolen and on my third. Love this car! So economical and the gps is off satellite, not cell tower. Get maps ANYWHERE, for life. I only have 72k on it and will be my last vehicle.

2016 BMW X1 review
The X1 sounds like a diesel motor when you start it, they could've def made it more comfortable, the brakes are really mushy, can only use super unleaded. The plusses are it's a BMW girls think I'm rich, Lighting on the interior at night is wild, performance is amazing, buying used saves tons of money. It's a thin line to buy this car, I feel like I got lucky with the price I paid and I'll be in a good position by the time it's paid off, but pricing has to be right on this car and it has to be in good shape mechanically. Buy from a reputable dealer because I wouldn't want to imagine how much it would cost to maintain/repair a poorly maintained one of these.

2019 BMW X1 review
The BMW X1 has a handsome cabin full of premium materials. Space is reasonably good for a small SUV, with a nice amount of head- and legroom in both rows. The engine produces ample power for daily driving. Whether you are commuting down the highway, driving to the grocery store, or taking off quickly from a red light, the BMW X1 can do it all.

2020 BMW X1 review
Love the car. Has all the room I need and a decent motor. However, I am a "car guy" and nitpick little things because I like my car to be perfect 1. Had to replace motor mounts at around 30,000 miles. Fortunately covered under extended warranty. 2. I will soon be replacing front inside door handles. This is known problem with the materials used. 3. Car goes through batteries pretty quickly, three in six years. $550.00 each time. 4. Very difficult to come to a smooth stop due to "grabby" brakes. Another common complaint. Despite the above I love the car and its utility.

Napleton Clermont Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
Great service from Tommy Doty. I will refer him to friends :)
2024 BMW X1 review
The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

2018 BMW X1 review
2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

2023 BMW X1 review
Just picked-up the X1 on Mar 28th and had a great ride home from the dealership. Handles very well on the road with ample torque when needed. Hate the start/stop mechanics and the fact that you must deactivate each time. Hate the ConnectDrive thing—beware this is a sinister ploy to get more of your dollars and convert once standard car features into subscription services. It is evil. Love the interior. This is my third BMW, so I think this X1 interior is quite good for the money and I am astounded by the standard features list—Wow! And there’s a spare tire with tools in the trunk, WHAT!? I use a touch screen all day, so the tech is no stretch, as long as it works. We shall see, the OS is new. Dual clutch….hmmm, it has its advantages, but smooth take off ain’t one of ‘em. The seats are superb and the cabin very clean. Love the cargo space. This is a good vehicle for a certain group of buyers who want cargo and fun. This is a smart ICE choice, and I hope there will eventually be a U.S. bound iX1.

Ive been with Fields a good while - over 3 cars. Their over all service has been great. Justin has taken the service to another level. He thinks ahead for me so I can budget the costs. He answers my phone calls and takes time to explain things to me. He tracks down others than can help me. He assists the team. It’s an unusual combination of skills. To me, he would do well in any capacity, and I’ve managed staff in CPA firms for over 40 years. His skills are intrinsic and could be used anywhere. Vicki Hankins

He is very courteous to me an old woman who knows nothing about cars but to drive. Ty is a very great asset to this company.

Fields BMW Lakeland review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Albert Darby & Fields BMW Lakeland If you’re looking for a Service Advisor who treats you like family and guards your interests like a seasoned defender, then let me introduce you to Mr. Albert Darby at Fields BMW Lakeland. Albert has this uncanny ability to always be exactly where I need him — no matter how early I show up. I’m convinced he either sleeps in the service bay or has a cot tucked behind the counter, because he’s always there, greeting me with that calm, professional confidence that says, “Don’t worry, I’ve got your back.” And he does. Every single time. One of the things I appreciate most is how he knows precisely how long a job should take. He doesn’t let anything slip past him. If something runs long, he’s already on it. If something finishes early, he’s the first to let me know. It’s like having a personal service bodyguard — watching the clock, the details, and the whole operation so I don’t have to. This last visit, my BMW had been sitting under a blanket of Florida pollen thick enough to start its own ecosystem. When I came back to pick it up, I nearly walked past it — because it was spotless. Gleaming. The kind of shine where you see your reflection in the side panel and think, Well now, that’s a handsome fellow right there. Smooth lines, mirror finish, the whole nine yards. And let me not forget the wonderful young woman at checkout — friendly, efficient, and helpful. She makes the final step of the visit just as pleasant as the first. I’ve been walking into dealerships for over 50 years, and I can say without hesitation that Fields BMW Lakeland treats me better than any dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Every visit is consistent: professional, courteous, and genuinely caring. If you want the best service, the best people, and the best experience from the moment you pull in to the moment you drive away, go see the team at Fields BMW Lakeland — and especially Albert Darby, the man who seems to never leave until every customer is taken care of.

Buick Lakeland review
Dealership was easy to deal with over the phone, friendly and not pushy with add ons or up sales. Cash purchase from 6 hrs away and delivered new vehicle to our location. Only trouble I had was getting in touch with them for wire but it was the week before Christmas so I imagine they were busy. Overall good experience.
2025 BMW X1 review
Drives smooth. Great with the electronics. The car is very high tech and up to date. I would definitely recommend this car !! Very spacious and has alot of leg room!
