This is my first BMW. The ride is smooth and quiet. I can't hear the engine and can't feel it change gears, even with heavy acceleration. It feels and sounds like I am driving a fancy, fast electric golf cart. I love the sportiness of the X2. There is some road noise and vibration, but it only add to the sporty feel of the vehicle. The interior feels like I'm sitting in a sports car, which has a lot to do with the seats. There is not a ton of storage room, but hopefully this will help me keep it tidy. The idrive computer is not super user friendly takes some getting used to. Overall, I am head over heels in love with the X2!
Robert was great from the appointment making to the car being in to service. I was updated several times with updates and pick up time . I was goven a loaner car and it was the easiest service visit ever . Dropped it off and picked it up with nothing I was not notified about and the quality of everything was top quality. Robert followed up with me several times via text and email to make sure I loved the work and my car . I can???t rave more about the team at Herp Chambers! They are great!

Sporty exterior (Msport package) looks sharp. Plenty of room to be functional. Seats hug well and smooth ride make it a very pleasurable driving experience. Did have a faulty crank sensor which needed to be replaced 500 miles in. Love this car!

Excellent experience at Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury. I would strongly recommend them if you are looking for a new car and am sure your search would end there. They will do whatever it takes to ensure you are happy and well taken care of. Amazing, caring and helping are just a few of the words I would use to describe them! Pascal is the man! Right from our first visit till we had the car, he was always there to ensure that we get what we wanted. Superb customer service. Makes you feel very comfortable, not pushy and very knowledgeable. He is truly as asset to the organization. Mr. Gill, the General Manager, is always there to ensure that you have an excellent experience, are happy and satisfied. He has always advocated for me and made sure my car was fixed perfectly and I felt happy with the outcome and know that my car is maintained the best it can be and I know I am driving a safe vehicle. My wife and I recently purchased a car from Alex Robbins and are loving it. Alex found my wife and I wandering around in the parking lot he stopped to chat with us and took the time to get to know our needs without pressure or expectation. He eventually found exactly what we were looking for, arranged to have it come in so I could drive it despite it being a loaner, managed to pull it from the loaner fleet and get it ready on a tight timeline, and delivered the car. He provided his cell and was incredibly responsive throughout. There were times when we came in and Alex was busy helping other customers but he took the time to literally sprint across the dealership to make sure we could get our inspection before they closed for the day. He was personable, diligent, thoughtful, patient and provided the highest level of service.

My family and I were in the market for another vehicle and weren't sure where to start. Manny D'Ambrosio was amazing! He really used the white glove service to find us exactly what we were looking for. Car shopping can be frustrating and never ending but Manny did a great job helping us throughout the entire process. I will be recommending family and friends to this dealership; as well as other Herb Chamber dealers as they truly do stand by their word. Andrew and Kyle were equally fantastic in the finance department.
This dealership knows how to comminicate. I received detailed updates daily from my service advisor Robert Cohoon. If something changed he called again. Got me a loaner within minutes no hassle. Rhe place is realy pleasant and staff are quite accomodating
I purchased a used 2014 Audi Q5 Tdi for from David Josephson and Tarek at Gallery BMW back in August for my mother. She had a few issues with the car and I was beginning to think I'd bought a lemon. She lives in NH and David sent up a loaner car for her, took the Q5 back to his shop, ordered parts from Germany and fixed EVERYTHING! The car has been absolutely PERFECT since. David Josephson went above and beyond what I'd expect any used car dealer to do. He was friendly and was very professional. He made purchasing a car from out of state simple. I recomend David and the BMW gallery to anyone looking for an honest dealership. They stayed true to their word and went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!

I have a very big affection for the brand. I stopped buying other cars that were as good as they were, but that did not suit my taste.
Staff here are friendly and polite. Quick email response. Every one seems very professional and always ready to help. I tested drive the X5 and ended up buying one. Ed is patient and knowledgeable. Definitely will be back for my next bmw.

The car met my needs at this time. It is very comfortable to drive. I like the features inside the car. Easy access to my options on the dashboard. The car drives very smooth and has a quick pick-up when driving.
On my way out of town and called Dan Drinkwater to see if he could fit me in because my tire pressure light had come on for the third time in 10 Days. He had me come in first thing the next morning and had me in and out of there in time for me to make my trip to Rhode Island that morning. He was responsive, curtious, helpful and most of all quick. He has consistently taken great care of me over the years with honest and timely service.

Classy, very light to drive. This is my first BMW car and I am in love. I will buy again if when I’m ready to purchase again.

Honestly the car is amazing, this is the first year that they have the vehicle out there and it has been the best decision of my life. I went in looking to get a 3 series but ended up with this and I love it. The interior is very high tech and futuristic.
