I worked with Randi and it was a pleasure. My appointment was right on time and I was told constantly of the status of the work. The video of the work being done was terrific. Great communication through it all. I also got a ride home while they worked on the car- can't beat that! Thank you Randi

Had an pleasant interaction with the sales staff. At first by email and phone. Then visited at due to random chance. The sales person i spoke to was really pleasant, not pushy. However the dealership, like many other, tacked on additional fees which should be part of the cost of business and not added to the customer as 'additional fees'. I didnt purchase because at the time i wasn't ready, so i didnt get to negotiate etc, however the added fees are discouraging.

BMW of Manhattan review
My husband and I were shopping a lease program to fit our budget, location, and mileage needs. Jose Valdez was one of the most kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming sales representatives that answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to secure our confidence. He helped us feel comfortable with our lease choice and maintained an open door approach to any future questions or concerns going forward. The experience was stress free! I highly recommend Jose as trustworthy, and honest. My husband and I purchased a lease, and feel comfortable contacting Jose for future leasing programs or potential vehicle purchase from this dealership, BMW of Manhattan. Thanks Jose for taking the best care of us! Kudos!!

Flemington BMWReviews
Flemington BMW review
We were on the hunt for a hybrid X5 with the head's up display which was deceptively difficult to find. We live in Brooklyn and called around and finally connected with Vince who informed us he had a hybrid in the queue and helped us build out the car to the exact specifications we wanted. The actual purchasing process was incredibly smooth thanks to Kursad and Noha. After a not so great experience with a dealership in Westchester, it was a huge relief to have such a pleasant and friendly experience with this team. We picked up our car over the weekend and couldn't be happier with both the car and the process at Flemington. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Circle BMW has always been part of our family. They were servicing our Mini Cooper Countrymen for the last few years. They have always been honest, up front and never pushy. Always keeping us safe. When our Mini was sadly totaled due to a flood in our are, I called and Alex (Escobar-Castro) was nothing but short of amazing. He got our deal done quick and literally in a matter of minutes. The whole team made the switch from Mini to BMW bittersweet to complete! So happy to have been able to stay with circle BMW family only this time we’re really part of the family. 😉😉 thank you Alex and the whole crew!

Straightforward pricing, decent selection, no drama. I'd looked at two other lots the same week and both of them had that thing where the online price only applies if you finance through them. Auto Hub just quoted me a number and stuck to it.

Decozen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram review
I called the service department as soon as my engine light went on. My Service Manager Frank Russo told me to bring it right in. Thankfully I did as one of the cylinders in my engine blew. I had my Jeep returned within 48hrs.

Overall a good experience. Pleasant people to talk with and the buying process was really simple and stress free. My only complaint was that the vehicle wasn't cleaned even though I had made an appointment a few days in advance. Would reccomend Carmax H'burg to others.

CarMax Dulles review
This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.
