2025 BMW X3 review
I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Ben Trask is hands down the best service advisor at Hendrick BMW. I’ve been going to him for my BMW since 2021 (we actually confirmed that on my last visit!), and he’s consistently been outstanding. He’s always polite, transparent about repairs and pricing, and someone I genuinely trust when it comes to anything with my vehicle. This Independence location is usually very busy, and it’s currently under renovation, which I’m sure adds extra stress for the team. Even so, everyone I’ve interacted with has been considerate, helpful, and welcoming. They always manage to keep a positive attitude. I know this industry can be tough at times, which makes the level of courtesy and professionalism here stand out even more. I inquired about an 8 series on Hendrick South's website as that looks to have replaced the old 6 series models. A few minutes later I received a phone call from my assigned advisor Zachary. He was very knowledgeable and happy to provide me with any information I desired. He sent me a video as well. Everything looked great, so I decided to make the trip in. Wound up loving the car and driving home in it. I am super happy to be back in a BMW and with the experience that I had here.

My wife and I dropped in to BMW Certified Pre-owned and were quickly welcomed and paired with a salesperson. His name was Zach and proved to be a good match. He was very knowledgeable about the iX and helped us make an informed decision. We narrowed it down to a couple different ones and a few days later drove away in our new (to us) iX.
