From dealing with Justin over the phone to walking in the dealership everything was top notch. Receptionist was very welcoming to meeting Justin and his team, Esteban and Andrew. Justin had everything set up as discussed. No surprises, great follow up and couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. Everything seemed synchronized from Justin to Lauren in Finance until we left, quick, painless and organized. Top notch, would travel 2 1/2 hrs to buy a car from Justin again if needed. Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.
