He respected my time, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I'd also like to recognize **Tommy**, the Sales Manager, who was equally impressive. He was professional, straightforward, and worked with me to provide a very fair value for my trade-in. I never felt pressured, and the entire negotiation process was honest, respectful, and customer-focused. One thing that really stood out was their integrity. Before I finalized the purchase, I requested additional paperwork that I wanted to review before signing. Both Tommy and Ozzie assured me there was nothing to worry about and promised they would send everything first thing Monday morning. I decided to move forward based on that commitment, and they absolutely delivered. Around 10:00 a.m. Monday, I received every document I had requested, and everything matched exactly what we had discussed at the dealership. There were no surprises, no hidden details, and no last-minute changes—just complete transparency and follow-through. That level of honesty and commitment says a lot about a dealership. It's easy to make promises during a sale, but it's much more meaningful when those promises are kept after you've driven off the lot. The sales person I dealt with at Valley BMW was easy to talk to and was easy to get hold of on the phone when needed. What made this more complicated was I don't live anywhere near this dealer in Modesto CA. I asked if they would meet me halfway just to show me the car and let me inspect and drive it, no obligation. We both drove about 2 hrs and met up. The sales person, informed me of financing offers for BMWs and said, pretty much the price of he car was the price of the car, no haggling. Having done some research, the asking price was a good price for this car. I didn't have a trade so that made the deal easy, pay the price and doc fees and shipping. I live out of state, so the dealer was nice enough to split the $500 shipping fee, down to $250. $250 to deliver the car to my house seemed liker a deal! Looking at the car, it was in the promised condition, no dents and perfect. At our meeting spot, all the salesman had all the paperwork prepped including loan papers. Wrote a check and the car gets delivered to my house, they even threw in a free BMW shirt. It was a painless way to buy a car from a dealer 200 miles away.

i am a new buyer so i went there first because i heard very good things about carmax...they are excellent in the cars they sale...no dealing with the annoying cars sales men...there you go with an idea of a car and get it...well hopefully because they dont have a big inventory so before you go check the website...they littelly have all the cars they have so you dont waste time looking for one...bad thing :( when you have a car you want... dont hisatate...because before u know it its gone... i have lost about 5 cars for histateting...well i was looking at the car value in kelly blue book and when i was ready to buy it (with in one day) it was gone!!! so DONT HISATATE!!!
