Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Request for oil change and tire rotation due to mileage requirements. Also, requested to check both key remotes to clear message on the display panel. All requests were completed in a before promised time. The consultant also checked for recalls discovered that my vehicle was required to have a adjusted download to address the brake recall concern issue. The consultant professional service knowledge made the experience a excellent job of keeping me informed and to address my service repair issues!

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I was in the market for the best 2001 Lexus ES 300 available in the US. BMW of Little Rock actually had the perfect one for me. My Sales Consultant Tonya Cashion went above and beyond by taking 25 detailed photos of this vehicle and sending them to me. This was necessary because I live in Illinois and I was unable to make the commute to the dealership. Communication was fantastic and all of my questions about the vehicle and purchasing process by phone, email, and mail were addressed. This dealership actually does what they say they're going to do even when a customer is buying from another State. Based on my experience, BMW of Little Rock should be a poster child for exceptional customer service. After the paperwork was completed I was unable to pick the vehicle up. I used a transport service to pickup and deliver the vehicle to my work in Illinois. Tonya called me and notified once the transport service arrived and was loading my vehicle on the car carrier. When the vehicle arrived it looked just like the photos did. The vehicle was detailed inside and out including the engine bay. The vehicle even arrived with a full tank of gas! This is uncommon when buying a used vehicle. I was impressed by the extra mile that BMW goes to satisfy their customers. I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.
