I didn???t expect to get to trade in a car I just bought a year ago but it happened at Toyota of Cleveland. My sales rep, Matt, went above and beyond to make this happen for me. Long time customer having seen this dealership go through multiple changes, too many, but they have finally reached the summit. Listen up Chattanooga—Kevin Frazier (the best BMW service manager the dealership has ever had) is back!! Kevin’s return signals BMW, once again, recognizes talent and a desire to turn the abysmal service area around. Kevin has assembled a seasoned, efficient, friendly service team all strictly focused on serving the customer and meeting their needs. Eric, Wes and the rest of Kevin’s team thoroughly understand process and work it flawlessly. Arron is always available to answer queries about the car functionality. His expertise is indispensable. I did not return to this dealership after Kevin left, but with him again managing the service area, it will be a joy to return for all service required. Clean restrooms and comfortable waiting area. A truly pleasurable business environment that values customers.
My family had researched a used 2015 Honda Civic LX in inventory online prior to us visiting the BMW dealer. When we arrived early for our appointment, the sales staff could not initially assist us as they were swamped with customers. Fortunately the dealer staff noticed this and rectified the situation. The test drive went well (all three of us were allowed to drive the car) and all of our questions were answered. Cudos to our salesman (Jonathan Allers) as he was courteous and conducted the sales negotiation promptly and honestly. Jonathan looked us straight in the eye when talking to us and took the time to make us comfortable. Within two iterations a deal was struck and we were off to the finance office to close the sale. Again, prompt and honest staff (Parnell Pitts) processed the paperwork and we were soon on our way home with our new car. Overall, a fruitful, pleasant 4 star experience.
Mr. Gary Ridge went above and beyond to make the buying experience a pleasure. He made certain that the car and paperwork were ready when I arrived and he attended to every detail. Even thoroughly cleaning the windows to be certain there was no adhesive residue! Always a pleasure - Thank You!!!

I was having major problem of some sort with my 2013 528xi that the dealer could not find / fix. They gave me a great trade-in offer and great price on a 2018 220xi - which really seems to have been a solid deal for me all around.
