No pressure sales, prices were on all vehicles in the lot, great buying experience. I found it easy dealing with the owners directly. Would definitely buy from them again.

This car meets the needs of my family. We bought it at 55k and out of warranty. One issue came up with smoke on startup and BMW worked out to be an oil feed line for the turbo and fixed for free! Other than brakes tires and oil so far so good. The car is quick and very capable in the snow and much. Also comfortable. Fingers crossed I get to 200k and that is what is on my father's 99 BMW 3 series and she still runs well

I had an unexpected serious issue with my Ford and they were excellent in taking care of it! They took care of things in a timely manner, made sure I had alternative arrangements for getting around while my car was in service, and made the whole experience as good as could be given the circumstances. I highly recommend them and I truly enjoyed the experience (who can say that about the hassle with unexpected car troubles!).

Our daughter was involved in a wreck that set off the air bags in her BMW X1. The BMW was totaled but its safety saved her life. We went shopping for a replacement and after test driving the Lexus, Toyota and Land Rover, we selected a certified pre-owned BMW. What a great choice! The vehicle looked, drove, and smelled new! Larger than the BMW X1, but still very easy to drive/park. We were amazed how quiet it was inside while driving. 22 MPG in the city and almost 30 MPG highway! The Heads-Up Display is our daughter's favorite feature, allowing her to keep her eyes on the road and all times to keep watch for crazy drivers! Mom and I sleep well at night.

So far I must say I have been pretty pleased with the everyone at prestige. Bobby was my salesman and was very up front with me , I did not feel pressured during negotiations and Bobby was up front with me. I like how nobody tried any sketchy sales tactics such as taking my keys; after my trade in was appraised I was given my keys back before negotiations started. I was given more money for my car than any other dealership offered me (including the big guys) Bobby Martin and I sat down and reached a number we both agreed upon , although it was close to closing time for the dealership, I met with finance and was told there was an 80% chance of approval and I would know the next day. The next day I remained in close contact with the Prestige but they still did not hear back from the bank, on the third day, I was informed that I had gotten approved and could come in to finalize paper work. On this day my salesman Bobby came in on his day off to to finalize everything and be sure the truck I bought was clean , he agreed to meet me at 6:00pm and he was there right on time. Bobby was honest and let me know that the vehicle would still need to be serviced and let me know when to call to schedule service. After driving the vehicle, I did notice an exhaust leak , Bobby assured me that they would get this fixed and I spoke to the service department and they scheduled a drop off time for service and agreed to issue me a rental without any hesitation. So far I have nothing to complain about , buying a used vehicle is different from buying a new vehicle and the dealer really makes or breaks the purchase. I will be sure to send all my family and friends to Bobby as long as the final stages of my purchase and the service to the truck is successful and I have no doubts that this will happen and in a short time period. Prestige won't offer you free lunch and a padded waiting area , but to me, that's not the purpose of going to a car dealer, prestige will not heckle you to purchase a car. Prestige will be honest with you and let you know if a deal can be made . When I met with finance for the final time I was told that my interest rate went up a couple percentage points, but I was assured I didn't have to make the deal , the difference was $18 a month and I chose to agree to this , but I wasn't pressured into this. Bobby is an upfront person who won't lead you on and then let you down , I am sure everything will go well with prestige's service department and I will be a happy customer. The vehicle has meet my expectations to date (2 mos) just waiting to see how the reliability is. No issues to date, running well, smooth ride, good gas mileage.

Raul Reis was truly awesome to deal with! If you need to buy a vehicle ask for Raul! He answered a million questions I had, has a great sense of humor, knew all about the vehicle I was interested in (I did hours of research & tested him on it) and there was absolutely no pressure what so ever throughout the entire process. He took all the dread, stress and anxiety out of buying a vehicle. Manny & Jeff happen to be there also which was a bonus! They are as funny in person as their commercials. Shortly after my purchase I happen to find something very minor I just wasn't happy with & called Raul. Thought for sure I was going to get the brush off but just the opposite happened! Next day Kevin in the service department called me & I explained what I wasn't happy with. Kevin asked me to bring the vehicle in to see what my concern was. He checked everything out, told me it was something they would take care of & scheduled a time that was convenient for ME to get it fixed. This entire process has been incredibly impressive from the level of professionalism and genuine concern to make sure their customers are happy which I haven't experience at other dealerships. if you are in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend you go to Prestige Auto Mart in Westport & ask for Raul. You won't be disappointed!

Back seat hard and uncomfortable. Small things went wrong. Maintenance waits long. After 4 years a must to get extended warranty and the thousands of dollars they want is way too much because parts and repairs are so expensive

I’ve owned 2 of these 2011 BMW X3 with 2.8 six cylinder normally aspirated engines. They never burn oil. The gas mileage could be better. I get 23 mpg. It’s fun to drive. And it’s been pretty affordable. Changed the spark plugs at 60,000 miles and brakes at 80,000.

The most reliable car I used. You will never get tired of driving an X3. It gives you the feel of sports car and fulfills the family needs. I used this for over 4 years without any issues. And I am planning to buy the bigger model X5.

It started a couple weeks ago with my purchase that didn't work out due to not having the right vehicle on the lot. But he not only stayed very professional, he was still very friendly. He spoke to me on a level that was not abrupt, but more on a friendship. When my husband said he wanted a new car. We could have went back to our previous dealer. In 2015 I bought a new Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium at Atlantic Subaru in Bourne. I loved my new car….it was everything I wanted in a new car. It had plenty of room to transport all my partner’s antique treasures as well as yard sale finds. It had the all weather package that included heated seats which my partner, who is not from New England but from Perth, one of the hottest places in the southern hemisphere, loved. On the other hand, I loved the Eyesight feature as well as Starlink. I was not thinking of buying a new 2018 Forester but Atlantic was having Promo in the month of December and I thought I might explore some options. Working with the management team, they set me up with Joe Stanley, one of their salesman. Within minutes I knew Joe and I were going to hit it off. He listened to me, understood what I wanted and at no time was he “pushy”. From beginning to end, Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did not pressure a sale, nor did he make me feel rushed into a decision. He worked with me to get the most for my trade-in as well as a good price for the new car. I must admit, I did go to several other dealerships to compare what they would offer. In the end, I came back to Subaru Atlantic. I felt more than comfortable doing the deal with Joe. Very well appointed and handles well. Beautiful interior with Mocha leather that I had been looking for. Heads up display is fantastic. Plenty of leg room in the back. VERY comfortable cabin with double moonroof. I have always wanted this car and it did not disappoint Went with certified pre owned for all the reason. Glad I went for X3 not X1 Happy!!

I'm hoping I have enough space to write my review. My wife and I recently purchased her 2018 440i xi from BMW of Newport. I usually do all the hunting and dealing then my wife checks out my finding and together we do or don't buy the vehicle. I've purchased numerous vehicles over the years including BMW's so I have other dealers and sales associates to compare to Newport. It started with Mary Anne over the phone who was very polite, knowledgeable and agreeable to my concerns. Newport had the vehicle we were interested in. We wanted to just go by and have a look without any pressure to buy. She said she would set us up with Justin Moniz and inform him of our wanting of NO pressure to buy. Justin was waiting for us on Sunday and couldn't have been nicer. There was NO pressure to buy and he was the perfect person to answer all our questions. We took the BMW we were interested in for a test drive and made an appointment for me to come back in the next few days. When we left we were very pleased on how we were treated and how there was NO pressure from Justin. When you go to BMW of Newport you have to ask for Justin. Buying our X1 was just the right amount of "Easy" . As an owner of 2 previous BMWs my husband had done his research when it came time to buy a new small SUV for me. The 2019 BMW X3 M40i far outweighed and exceeded my expectations. I was looking to buy the 2018 Macan GTS but decided to go with the BMW. I saved around $20k and got a bigger trunk space, more tech, and more power and torque than I need. I feel great about this purchase.

Bought this car used about 8 months ago with 22K miles on it. As a single person, I decided I didn't need a 4X4 Tacoma and a 328i RWD, paying insurance, tabs and maintenance for both. After looking around, I figured out that the X3 Diesel was the right choice. So far, this has been the best vehicle I have ever owned! The engine is a charmer, I typically get about 36-37 mpg on my commute in stop and go traffic. Love the slight characteristic sound that the diesel engine makes. Have gotten 39-40 mpg on trips to and from Portland. Lots of luggage space, enjoy the truck-like height without the terrible gas mileage. Did some ski trips this past winter and the car is bulletproof in snow and ice. Drove up a snowy trail to a cabin that a friend couldn't make in his Subaru and was he surprised! Have had an issue with the sunroof rattling; the dealer in Seattle was surly and unhelpful - the dealer in Tacoma (BMW Northwest) was fantastic, listened to the problem, and had it fixed under warranty. Other than that, the car has been reliable and simply a joy to drive.

Best high performance SIV I have owned, better than my last Mercedes AMG! Only had one problem with rear differential axels causing vibrations. Took 3 months for German parts and repair, love the SUV except fir that and it was/is a design problem fixed in the 2019’s. Going to trade it in 2020 for new X3 “M” I hear is coming. Again great SUV only wished BMW would of let all us X3 M40i owners know of the design problem!!!
