I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from Power Motors East! DJ was extremely helpful, professional, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Every staff member who interacted with my mother and me was friendly, welcoming, and respectful. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service we received throughout the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Power Motors East to anyone looking for a great dealership and a hassle-free buying experience!
2020 BMW X3 M review
I’ve owned a 2020 x3m competition since the month they were released. First let me knock out rough ride thing. If you ride on the stock Conti summer tires all the time, yes it can be rough. I switched to to Michelin all weather after 11,000 miles and it made a huge difference! A much better more comfortable ride Side note: when I would swap Conti to winter tires also a huge difference! The stock summer tires that come on the car are incredible for handling on a track which the car was made for but, the car feels much better with Michelin all sports all seasons. This car makes me happy every time I drive it ! So much fun to drive!

I’ve been looking for a BMW X5M for around 6 months and never found one as clean as the one at Car Castle. Before I went in I thought I was going to have another bad experience like the ones I was having at the other places. These guys really made my dreams come true!! Thank you guys!
2020 BMW X3 M review
Absolutely love this SUV. Had a M340i and it was quick, but this X3 M Competition is wicked. Love the quickness and the firm ride. Glad I made the switch. Lots of talk about the firmness and the rigid handling, but try one and see for yourself.

I love my 2020 x3m. I will own this until the wheels fall off and replace it with another x3m. The gas mileage at 19.5 miles a gallon is the only bummer but it’s well worth it.

Karma WestfieldReviews
Karma Westfield review
Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.
