I'm very happy with my Audi. Adam Rolfs, my salesman, helped me learn the functions of the car that I was unfamiliar with which helped me feel more comfortable. Adam and Ciel are very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. In other words, I had a great experience.

RAVMOTORSReviews
RAVMOTORS review
Bought a 2021 Honda Pilot EX-L yesterday 10-7-26 from sales rep David and it was an absolute great process all around. Eazy peazy. I am an elderly and disabled big guy and needed a vehicle that can accommodate those disabilities and my Yeti size. The Pilot was the 2nd car I looked at and it was exactly what I needed. I looked at a Toyota 4Runner first but it was too tall for me to slide in and out and I'm 6' 1". David was so nice to help me with my needs. They gave me a fair price for my 2006 Toyota Sienna minivan on trade in that was time to part with and I am greatly pleased. The mileage was fine, the Pilot was immaculate, I paid a fair price for it and I couldn't be happier. I just drove it for about 120 miles this afternoon 10-8-26 and it was perfect. Great comfort for my disabilities, silky smooth ride, powerful 3.5L v6, immaculate leather interior, 3rd row seating that I folded down to so I can fit my big walker in it with no space problems whatsoever. I highly recommend Rav Motors of Crystal and go see my man David. Thank you.

There was a problem with an unsafe gouge in the sidewall of a tire on the car I purchased. I missed seeing it on initial inspection. After purchase, I brought the problem to Brandon’s attention and he bought me a new tire.
2019 BMW X5 review
I traded in my awesome Jeep 2015 SRT. Some creature comforts the Jeep has the X5 doesn't: stereo controls at the fingertips behind steering wheel is main one. Plus the cruise control was also at the fingertips on the steering wheel. X5s not so. I have to take my eyes off the road to look for the button. The steering wheel on the X5 is too thin. The Jeeps was thick and felt great. But I love the split tailgate on the X5! Easier access and doubles up as a trunk.

Hyundai of Eau ClaireReviews
Hyundai of Eau Claire review
I had a great experience at Hyundai of Eau Claire. I drove over an hour to the dealership. Noah (in sales) had the car detailed and ready to go. (I had been communicating with him earlier in the week.) I had already set up financing with my Credit Union so it was the easiest car buying experience I’ve had. The young men working were extremely pleasant and very respectful.

This car met all my needs and more. Very reliable and technologically advance. Drives like a dream. Own it for almost two years Now without any issues so far.

2019 BMW X5 review
We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

Bergstrom Luxury on Victory Lane - Alfa Romeo Audi BMW INFINITI Jaguar Land Rover Maserati Mercedes-Benz Volvo review
Bergstrom Lexus is the greatest automotive buying experience you have not yet had the opportunity and pleasure to know. I have traded in and bought 7 vehicles over the last 3 years. I was dismayed and disappointed in many dealerships response to an independent business woman’s request for transparency, accountability, and fairness. I was overwhelmed and impressed with my incredible experience at Bergstrom Lexus. Rick Bergstrom, along with Al Solowicz, and Eric Schultz, have completely changed my perception of the automobile purchasing experience, I was treated with respect, kindness, and applauded as an independent woman for making an informed, intelligent decision. You will never find a more pleasant, enjoyable car buying experience, hands down. They have my respect, my business, and my many referrals for life! They are a class act!!!! Thank you Bergstrom Lexus. Sherrie Servais
