The communication and attention to detail is second to none. BMW Shrewbury will bend over backwards to go the extra mile to make things happen for their customers. They will search for you from other dealer allocations or have custom vehicles produced for you when many other dealers are lazy and just want to sell you their in stock vehicles. My sales associate, Nathan Reindorf, is awesome. Nate has been with BMW for 6 years, has a large client base and is simply excellent at his job. From the get go he was always friendly, helpful, accommodating and patient. Nate was able to get us our dream car, M4 Competition, from an already started build in Germany that was in allocation. The car came in quickly, was exactly as described and then Nate really stepped up to the plate. Nate and Paul finance were able to display their financial wizardry to get us where we needed to be in regards to monthly pricing. When making a large purchase such as a luxury vehicle it is important to feel as though you are getting a fair deal and with Nate you always knew he would be truthful and honest. After purchasing my vehicle Nate took the time to deliver the vehicle (go over all of the technology and functions). Matt, our service agent stopped by to introduce himself and offer his assistance if it was ever needed. I was contacted a few days after our purchase by both general managers, who both thanked me for my purchase via voicemail. How many dealerships have that attention to detail? In closing, if you are looking for any BMW I would suggest only looking at Shrewsbury BMW. They will work hard for you, get you the best deal and make you feel like part of the family.

I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

I purchased my 2023 Trail Blazer from Kevern P., after a brief conversation made me feel important and that I could trust him in that I was going to be treated fairly. I did not go into Tasca looking to buy at that time, however I left with my new vehicle. On 9/13/2023 I brought my vehicle in for a recall to have a part installed that wasn't available at build time. I met Tiffany P., in service and was welcomed and explained what had to be done and how long it would take. Tiffany was right on target and very pleasant / easy to work with. Since the 90’s I have owned 5 used BMWs. Once you drive them you don’t change horses. I have been bringing them for service there since 2009. Great service and no need to wait for parts as in other garages. They are stocked. And they treat the earlier models (older) BMW customers as well as they treat someone who is either buying a brand new one or has a new one. They run the cars through the wash when finished and wipe down the interior and vacuum - and it is a very classy touch. The wifi is strong so you can get work done when you are waiting for a repair. It’s painless.
