Gebhardt is the one-in-a-million dealership: trustworthy, hard-working, and ethical. They do thorough pricing research to set great deals within a 500/mile radius. When we finally arrived, everything was perfectly prepared for us. In Finance, Jake took the time to clearly explain all the options available without being pushy or aggressive—something we had experienced elsewhere. We also had a training session with Shane, who thoroughly walked us through all the technology features of our new vehicle. The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.
