I was able to talk with Andrew and he was able to arrange a time for us to meet. When we arrived he went and got the car ready for us. It was a quick and easy process and we were in and out. We appreciated the ease of working with the team.

Got my M3C with Jake. Really smooth and fast experience. Jake went through everything I need to prepare before I go, and only spend under an hour at the dealership including all paperworks. Detailed guide on the car as well. Great experience overall!

Porsche Marin review
I had expressed interest in one of their used cars & was cordially invited in for a test drive. When we arrived, Alex (sales coordinator) had the car ready & handed the keys to me & my S.O. & said, “Have fun”. That particular car did not work out for us. Alex looked in the area for one the would, but without success. Everyone that we met was very friendly & more than willing to welcome you to their dealership.

Niello BMW Elk Grove review
I bought a 2009 750i from Niello in Jun 2015. The sale was as smooth and quick, thanks to expert salesman Paul Chamorro and the Finance officer, Po San. After the sale, some things came up that needed attention -- a vibration, a headlight problems, a couple other things that were on the due bill, and a couple of things I asked them to investigate. Ryan Meeker, my service rep took very good care of me and worked with the service dept. to bring the car into excellent condition, with minimum expense to me. It could have been quite expensive, but Niello took responsibility for insuring I was happy with my "new" used car -- quite a deal for me! I couldn't be happier with the attention I've received from Niello. My thanks to everyone.

Emailed back and forth with this dealer, they were great answering questions quickly and thoroughly. Even though I didn’t buy from them, they were a pleasure to deal with.

Niello BMW Elk Grove review
Darren Wilkerson was our sales person at Niello and he was great. He made the car buying process an overall great experience by really listening to what we needed and delivering on that. He wasn't pushy, took time to explain some of the newer features, gave us a great test drive and in the end made sure we got the car we wanted. Simply put, I plan to buy from Darren and Niello again and recommend others do too.

Niello BMW Elk Grove review
Great service, I would recommend this dealership too all my family and friends. The choice of different type of models and colors of cars is awesome. I went up there wanting one thing and could make my mind up. I didn't ask to many questions, cause I didn't want to be talked into something I didn't want. But with my observation I changed my mind. I'm for sure going back to get what I want. Great experience in all !!

East Bay BMW review
Ben is a rock star. Not only does he understand how to provide excellent, professional services. East Bay BMW overall service pricing is very competitive for the superior quality. I was not asked to repair extra stuff like other repair shops. Entire end to end process was wonder and he keep me posted as the repair took an extra day. I'm very happy with the repair and excellent service.Thank you to Josh, Amit, and rest of the team at East Bay BMW.
