The dealership had a great selection of SUV's, so we had plenty to choose from and we are very happy with our selection as well as the whole process from sales to finance. BWW of Rockville provided my best BMW purchase experience ever. Mr. Danny Saboor went out of his way to make sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted with all the features I really cared about. Everyone at the dealership was positive, caring and truly customer focused. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours, the process was efficient and painless. The selection of cars was incredible and gave me a chance to look and compare with actual vehicles in stock, vs having to order. I will definitely use this dealership again in the future.

Great overall experience. Casey was good to work with in sales. He was knowledgeable and no pressure. Prices were better than nearby dealerships for similar used models. Slight hiccup with the business office team during pickup. They couldn’t find my paperwork from a couple days before. It caused a few minutes delay but the team was professional and helpful throughout. Hopefully titling and registration goes quickly.

Jae helped me through the entire process and was amazing at making sure I got the best deal possible.
