AutoNation Toyota Hayward review
I usually find dealerships to be unpleasant places, but working with Mo from AutoNation Toyota Hayward was a breath of fresh air. He responded quickly to inquiries, patiently showed me the multiple vehicles in their inventory (a rarity given the RAV4's popularity), and found us a fair deal that we could all agree on without excessive upselling or haggling. Super polite and easy to work with, and kindly helped us out with a small follow-up item after the sale.

I love my X5 !!! It meets all my needs. There is enough space for the dogs and the kids. It drives great, it is very comfortable. Big enough but not too big. It tows well.

BMW of Mountain View review
Leo was great from start to finish. Bought a used Lexus hybrid that I found online and he had it prepped super fast so I could come in and see it. The previous owner hadn’t yet dropped off the second key but Leo followed up and made sure I got it. The wait for finance was way too long but otherwise great experience.
2019 BMW X5 review
We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

Stevens Creek BMW review
I must start by saying that under normal circumstances, I never review and/or write regarding my experiences. Mr. Von since the get-go (phone & texts) worked as well as listened to our wants and needs. Although we didn't get the 21' sporty tires we wanted (we can purchase at some point I suppose) Ultimately, we got the SUV we wanted and perfect color the wife wanted (Brooklyn Grey). Btw - Von I may text you regarding a few suggestions with accessories! Eric C. Diaz in the Finance Dept. guided us with a swimmingly and smooth process; if there is a such thing when purchasing a luxury vehicle. With attention to detail and patience required going through a plethora of finance/numbers paperwork/signage he was passionate about walking us through with empathy and excitement. For all of this and more to come! Your superb care will not go unnoticed Eric Cahue Diaz! Happy Camper - R. Israel Medina Del Toro & Veronica Vazquez.
2025 BMW X5 review
The BMW X5 offers an excellent combination of luxury, comfort, and driving performance. The interior feels premium with high-quality materials and modern technology. The ride is smooth, the handling is impressive, and the vehicle feels powerful on the road. It provides plenty of space for passengers and is a great choice for daily driving and family trips. Overall, the BMW X5 delivers a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience.

Perfect. I would not recommend any changes as they did an excellent job. The staff did an excellent job. They gave us a lot of time to explain everything to us to our satisfaction.
2021 BMW X5 review
I frequently change cars because I love to learn and experience new vehicles. I bought a new 2020 RR Defender and traded it after 5 months for the X5. I wasn't really looking for a new car but fell in love with the X5 while accompanying a friend on a test drive. I really like that it handles like an ultimate driving machine. And the drive characteristics are extremely customizable. It's quiet, quick and comfortable. No squeaks or rattles - the RR had a few. It's a solid German example of automotive excellence.

Came here about a month ago after making an appointment with Eric Santos. Glad I ended up getting a vehicle here after my lease was up on an Arya. Incentives were good and I felt prices on new and used vehicles were very competitive. Been recommending this dealership to my coworkers, friends and family. I trust that they’ll get taken care of like I was!

My recent experience at BMW Fremont was pleasant as always. Thanks Anthony and other staffs for making it smoothly as usual !
2019 BMW X5 review
I traded in my awesome Jeep 2015 SRT. Some creature comforts the Jeep has the X5 doesn't: stereo controls at the fingertips behind steering wheel is main one. Plus the cruise control was also at the fingertips on the steering wheel. X5s not so. I have to take my eyes off the road to look for the button. The steering wheel on the X5 is too thin. The Jeeps was thick and felt great. But I love the split tailgate on the X5! Easier access and doubles up as a trunk.

2021 BMW X5 review
I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

2022 BMW X5 review
Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

Dealership and service is excellent . Service manger Wayne is superb. My dealership of choice for service.
2022 BMW X5 review
Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Stevens Creek BMW review
I have been Looking for a Used Audi Q6 E-tron Prestige with low miles was just listed at Stevens Creek BMW. I quickly contacted the Dealer and this Audi just came in on trade. I called the BMW dealer and spoken with Alec Kisin - BMW internet Sales. I explained that I was located in Washington State and was very much intrested in buying the car. Once I have obtained the airline tickets Stevens Creek BMW agreed to hold the car for me and I flew out the next day for a test drive, purchase and 900 mile drive back home. #1 Alec was very easy to work with. The car was in New Condition and on top of that a great price. #2 Harres Asefi - Finance Manager again easy to work with. Contract was already written for me. In summary: -Great Car! -Great Price! -Great People! -Easy to do Business with! Thanks Again, Guy Cheek
