We appreciate the time and patience that Steve Lewis gave us while selecting a car at Elliott Bay Motors. Unfortunately I have some disabilities that makes car shopping a bit more challenging. Steve was very patient , and accommodating during the whole process. I never felt rushed or pressured. Thank you again Steve for all your help.
My salesman Kyle Harrell has given excellent customer service from the first time I walked into the dealership. He ordered me a new vehicle and has kept me updated throughout the whole process. I never felt high pressured to get anything other than exactly what I wanted, that includes the final paperwork with the Finance Manager.
The worst thing you can do is fall in love with a car on-line that's 200 miles away (yep, that's what I did). Bob Graham was very up-front and accommodating during initial phone call. Low-key, slept on it overnight and put down deposit next day. Antsy about buying a luxury automobile ($$) never having seen it, so made a speed run to Seattle (unannounced) the day before I was to pick the unit up just to give it a once-over. Bob G. took it in stride, we reviewed and test drove the unit, took care of all the paperwork and I came back the next day and drove it home. Follow-up (title and deposit refund) were taken care of efficiently. We have local contacts for this type of vehicle (Mercedes SUV) but will probably return to Elliot Bay for our next purchase.
We had a wonderful experience purchasing our BMW from Gary! No pressure sales, listened to our needs and wants and gave us lots of vehicle information! My husband worked with Gary over several months to find the right car for us! He answered every text or phone call within minutes! The finance department was quick and painless! Beautiful dealership. We will definitely buy more cars from them in the future! Thank you EBA!!
We always are well taken care of by Matt. It has made us want to continue driving BMWs. The car that was serviced is our first BMW and we recently bought an X5 from Seattle BMW. Unfortunately the service experience was not stellar so we plan to have the X5 serviced in Bellevue, with Matt as our service rep.
Came for shopping and was greeted warmly. Great place with great cars and great people! Look for Bob Graham if you need to buy one.
