New and used 2026 BMW X5 PHEV for sale near Gambrills, MD

The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. Once I went to finance to sign papers Hannah greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home just as Ceandria did earlier. Hannah was able to provide me with information about different payment options, rates and any available add-ons with great knowledge and understanding. She was very easy to talk to and easily described all of my options in purchasing my new car. It is easy to tell that both Ceandria and Hannah enjoy their jobs, do them exceptionally well and with confidence. Both made me feel at home. I traveled 2 1/2 hours and my next car buying dealership will begin and end with Passport.

My first BMW was a 1974 3.0CS. Superb driving machine all the rest, 740 IL, 540s, 550, Z4 3.5 and now an X54e. All great fun.

Excellent salesman who listened well to our wants and responded swiftly with options. Closing with the finance person was also smooth and solutions-oriented. Wife left pleased and in the exact car she desired.

Overall very good experience. Attentive sales process, appropriate follow up and good financing offered thru BMW. Could have used more time going over all of the cars features and infotainment system. Only other issue was that car was delivered with substantially overinflated tire pressures - 48psi

BWW of Rockville provided my best BMW purchase experience ever. Mr. Danny Saboor went out of his way to make sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted with all the features I really cared about. Everyone at the dealership was positive, caring and truly customer focused. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours, the process was efficient and painless. This is a review of both the sales and service departments at BMW of Annapolis. We bought 2 SUVs from Annapolis BMW and have recently had our scheduled maintenance on both. Ben in sales and Nicholas in service are both wonderful! Ben is a plethora of BMW knowledge and can steer you in just the right direction for your purchase. Nicholas is straight forward and honest about what needs to be done now and what can wait just a little while longer. The showroom and service waiting area was just renovated and they did a top notch job! There is a very comfortable and well-stocked waiting area in the service department. I was getting some service at the bmw on Owings Mills and this dealership is extremely well organized and the service is great, i to my Bmw X5 there with a lot of problems and came out like new. Mr. Derrick was my service advisor and he was in touch with me the intire time. Great jobs guys.
