They gave me Ros as my salesman and he quickly led me to each car. He was very efficient, while I looked at one he would get the next one open and ready to view. He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know! Kai was great to work with this week. I was nervous as this was my first experience in a BMW dealership, but Kai was welcoming and had a very disarming personality. We were looking at an X3 and what I loved most about the experience, other than the amazing vehicle, was Kai’s knowledge of every single detail of the vehicle. It made me smile and appreciate that he is a genuine BMW fanboy while he was talking about his first BMW while showing me pics of it. He was so genuine and there was zero pressure from him. It was seamless. Now, the X3…holy cow has BMW knocked it out of the park with this new updated suv! We are incredibly happy about the experience and very glad to have a dealership so close to our home now. Definitely recommend both this dealership, Kai and his coworkers Will and Danny!

2017 BMW X6 review
Listed cons are true. Back seat small, cargo area small; however, gas mileage better than listed. Average 25+ mpg on the highway. Never ridden in the back seat; but at 6'2'' would be a challenge. Great acceleration and very fund to drive. Original tires are a little soft; however, I just replaced original tires at 43,000 miles with same type of original equipment.

BMW always sets the standard when it comes to every detail of car inside and out. My red interior is an eye catcher. I just wish after market exterior parts are easy to find for this kind of car. Other than that, it's a great looking car.

2019 BMW X6 review
My X6 has been the perfect combination of a luxury SUV and a cushy BMW sedan. I didn't want some big clunky SUV but wanted something a little larger than my BMW 535 . I chose the X6 because it's a very cool looking vehicle with excellent performance and handling. plenty of legroom, both front and back, good space for carrying stuff, and all the creature comforts of a well-appointed BMW sedan. I'd buy my X6 all over again!
