2021 BMW X6 review
Second X6. Very comfortable and confident auto. Tried others - Mercedes, Land Rover and came away wanting the X6 again. Nice and tight, full of more functions than truly necessary and safety is evident. I look for every opportunity to drive this vehicle and I have enjoyed every mile. No surprises. It just does what it is supposed to do - very comfortably!

My service advisor, Greg Burris was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with every recommendation. They also offer a program called Sunbit, which many customers may qualify for, that can help cover unexpected repair costs or factory-recommended services through flexible payment options. That alone can be a huge help for many people. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the facility itself is absolutely top-of-the-line and state-of-the-art. Every person I encountered went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. They even provided me with an Uber to an alternate location at my request while my vehicle was being serviced, which truly showed their commitment to customer convenience and satisfaction. I would highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota in Cape Coral over any other Toyota service center in the SWFL area. If you’re coming from Naples, Lehigh, or anywhere nearby, this facility is absolutely worth the drive. Excellent customer service, professionalism, convenience, and care from beginning to end. I called before heading over to make sure the car I was interested in was still available. I had the pleasure of speaking with BiBi (Bibiana), who conformed it was, and was able to answer a few questions due to me being cautious. The purchasing process was very smooth, mainly because of BiBi's honesty and transparency. Bibi took my offer over to Shaun who was just as awesome. He wasted no time getting it approved, and most importantly didn't try to sneak any extra charges in. Once the deal was approved, I was directed to Shannon's office in finance, to finalize everything. She was just as polite and curious, and had me out in my new (preowned) vehicle without delay. I mostly appreciate the honesty and transparency of all the staff there. I will gladly give this deanship future business.
