The professionalism and courtesy was beyond exceptional. Showrooms were spotless. My point person was Justin Martinez he handled my trade in and putting in my new BMW. Joseph Saint-Val was my BMW genius. He spent over an hour sitting with me in my new car. He covered all the bases in acclimating me with my car. Joe was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. The last person I sat with was Helga Carroll who handled the financial segment.She was extremely knowledgeable and explained every little detail to me. All in all my experience at Competion BMW was perfect.
My BMW is certified pre-owned and it needed to be serviced. I brought it to the dealership and was treated with the upmost respect and the employees were so friendly. This BMW dealership worked with me and took into consideration my plans for the day. They reassured me that they would do their best to get my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Usually getting your car serviced can be a headache in itself and time consuming. At this BMW dealership that is not the case. They even offered to have one of their workers drive me to the Woodbury Commons Outlet. (Which is located not even a half mile away from the facilities)
Overall a wonderful atmosphere to be in and I will not bring my car anyway else to be serviced. A+ grade in my book!
I had a great experience with Erhard BMW. They were quick to contact me after my first inquiry. They provided me with all the information I needed to make a purchasing decision. They were able to accommodate an out-of-state purchase with ease. When I flew into Detroit they had a professional young man pick me up from the airport and drive me to the brand new and immaculate dealership. My experience with all of the sales staff and financing staff were courteous, professional and personal. Everything was setup and ready so that I could get on the road as quickly as possible for my trip back home. The vehicle was exactly as I expected it to be from the description and photos provided. It was one of if not the best purchasing experience(s).
From my first phone call to the dealership days before buying the car, till now a week later, Sara Griffith has been nothing but helpful and proactive, focusing on what I wanted in a new car. She asked good questions and listen to answers and found the car that was right for me. I never felt like she was trying to fill a quota or upsell me on anything. She has stayed in touch, to make sure I understand how to work my Mini and that everything is functioning properly. I wish Sara were in real estate, because now I need to buy a house!
My daughter had been looking for a car for about a month now and had been having a difficult time finding exactly what she wanted. During this time, we met Ryan three to four weeks ago as she was interested in purchasing a Mini. When we first met Ryan she wasn???t 100% sure she wanted a Mini. He was very patient and took the time to educate us about the Mini???s and also spent time trying to find us one. Yesterday, we went to another dealership and had such a horrible experience that words cannot describe. So today when we returned to Ferman Mini it was so refreshing to have a sales person who was relaxed but also very forthcoming with everything from numbers to the condition of the car we were interested in. Saying that Ryan is an amazing person as a whole is an understatement. He truly cares about his customers and is willing to take the time to make sure they are happy. Needless to say my daughter bought the car at a very fair price! Thank you so much Ryan! Dan in finance was also very easy to work with and the manager Doug was wonderful as well. Great dealership who I will recommend to all my friends!
In recent weeks, and actually since August I have had the absolute pleasure of visiting this Dealership no less than 7 times. I dropped off my MINI Cooper lease in Late August. I started looking for a New MINI (on-line) some time in early July or late June. I have had service 3 times on two other cars, and recently purchased a 2019 MINI Cooper Countryman S. All Chili Red! Santos my MINI sales advisor should have fired me in September. He was very patient and I absolutely LOVE my New Countryman. Now he is a full time Manager and I was his last sale. BMW Service always has treated me exceptionally well and my last 3 visits were no exception. Jamie Annese always seems to be yessing me whenever I have a request. The Service drive is always friendly and all the Service Advisors are a team. Now, I get to Heidi Coberly. Truly a professional in every aspect of what she does. Never a it can't be done. Always we can make it happen. Her smile is contagious! Thank you Ferman MINI and BMW!
While driving to St Louis for a 2 day meeting meeting, I got a diagnostic warning on the car. Made it (in panic mode) the last 12 miles to my hotel and called the closest BMW dealer just before closing time. I wanted to have the car towed over to the service dept. I was told the service dept was really backed up and to call back when they opened tomorrow morning. When I called back at 7AM, I got Patti Kupfer. She said send it on over and she'd get it looked at and see what they could do. She called back later that day and told me the problem and said the parts were in stock and she thought they could get it finished by the time my meeting was over. True to her word the car was ready as promised! Great service!

I worked with Kim Calaway. Kim is the type of lady that makes things happen. I live in Casper, WY so it made it difficult for me to get down to Loveland to test drive and sign paperwork. I called her on a Wednesday to inquire about the BMW. On Thursday at 2:00, a driver delivered my new car. All of the paperwork was ready for me to sign and return with the driver. She made sure I had my rubber floor mats and no mileage was on the vehicle, upon delivery. It was a seamless buying experience. Thank you Kim!
Unrealistic pricing for their used cars. Purchased more car, less miles, with CPO for less than what this dealer was listing, and sales people I dealt with were arrogant about it.
