Jason was super helpful throughout, patient with all my questions, and made sure everything was clear before moving forward. On top of that, he has a great sense of humor, which made the paperwork part way less painful than expected. Steve, from finance was great as well. Honestly, this was the best car buying experience I?ve ever had. Also worth mentioning: the hot chocolate at East Bay BMW is out of this world. Insist on getting one!
